The room is bare and basic on...
The room is bare and basic on the first floor without lift. Balcony is facing another person's roof. It is quiet even though there is a bar downstairs. The breakfast which starts at 6.30am is not ready by then - no explaination on the delay on 27 Feb morning. Day tour pick up is at 7am. We hardly have enough time for our breakfast.

We had a standard room and it was really noisy. I'm sure other rooms and bungalowes are much better in this sense since they are located much further from a busy street. Breakfast is good!

Everything was just perfect. Love this...
Everything was just perfect. Love this hotel and will definately be back. A little steep hill from the street level to the hotel, but nothing to complain about. Congrats with a splendid hotel.

Our friend stayed at the basic room...
Our friend stayed at the basic room and he was not happy with the room quality. However, we were booked into the deluxe room and we were happy with what with get for the money we paid. Peach Hill is essentially a bugget hotel and to me. It is good value especially for travellers who would like a clean and convenient place to stay while spending most of the time at the nearby public beach. The new wing swimming pool is gorgeous. The spa service is nothing great, but the complimentary cookies served is to die for. The spa staff are friendly, and happy to help order the cookies for take away if you fancy some. I bought a kilogram. Overall a very happy stay.

Wonderful stay and the staff are extremely...
Wonderful stay and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility is beautiful and very well taken care of. The hillside location and stairs might make it a little difficult for some people but the hotel, the view and the staff certainly make for a wonderful vacation place. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the smiles and friendly staff who were always so very helpful! Thanks so much for a terrific vacation!

A pleasant hotel with nice gardens. The walk up the hill is a bit of a killer in the heat, we needed the exercise though! Breakfast was very good, I particularly enjoyed the Thai food. Air conditioning worked well in the deluxe rooms, it would be good to have it in the dining area too as it is very hot in Phuket in April. The hot water was only luke warm at times but that was no big deal. The three swimming pools were well maintained. We ate most of our meals at local restaurants so we can't comment on the standard of the evening meals. Lunch was quite good. Overall very good value for money.

The value for money and the location...
The value for money and the location are perfect. A steep climb from the street to the hotel is rather tough. Breakfast was OK. Of three pools two poolareas were very nice. Maybe the number of sunchairs could be increased. We considered booking a villa but decided to take a luxury room. A good decision, because the villas do not have an oceanview. They are situated in the steep hill and they do not have much privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anita from Finland
