A most amazing resort. I felt like I was in paradise. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and were treated to refreshments. The resort is better than what appears on the photos. Staff are wonderful, pools are incredible. I will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

the minute i walk into lobby was greeted by the PR who happens to be a Japanese Lady. She even guide me to my room, together with the porter making sure every thing is fine. indeed a beautiful resort away from the crowd. nice swimming pool, good spread of B/F and good sea view. Staff very friendly and wonderful hospitality shown especially from this Japanese lady.

The resort was beautiful. The food and restaurent were great. The people were so helpful. only thing I didn't like was the climbing up the steep hillside to get to the resort.

I believe that the price I paid...
I believe that the price I paid was much cheaper than most other guests. My room was EXCELLENT, but it was on the lowest floor and had probably the least interesting view. The better views cost more. Having said that I highly recommend this hotel and Thailand in general. The people are delightful.

This was our second year to stay at the Novotel and it is the "only" place to stay in Phuket, in our opinion. Wonderful views of the ocean (be sure to get an ocean view room, additional cost is worth it). Very nice restaurants with a good variety of food to choose from.
Great hotel located at a great location...
Great hotel located at a great location - close to Patong (the "happening" spot) in Phuket and close to the beach, but far enough away and secluded to give you privacy and quietness. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are quite nice and roomy and includes a little balcony with a great view of Patong and Patong Beach.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Phuket - would definitely recommend it to a friend! Great location if you want to stay away from the craziness of Patong Beach as the hotel is at the far end of it, up on a hill, overlooking the ocean - very quiet location. Quick taxi ride to Patong beach or about a 15 or 20 minute walk. GREAT view from our room, as we booked a regular room and were upgraded for free to an ocean view. Beautiful pool with three different levels all overlooking the ocean. The picture on asia-hotels.com does not do it justice - much much better than in the picture!
