Just returned from 4 nights at the Patong Beach Club. The Patong Beach hotel itself is in great shape, rooms are nice (view was great) and the service is excellent. The only issue I had was the hotel wanted to charge me 3000 baht when a fellow canadian came by to pick me up to go out that night....Other than that, would recommend staying at this hotel.

We have just returned from our 5th stay at the Patong Beach Hotel, they have done a fantastic job on all their rebuilding work.Staff are as helpfull & friendly as before, we would never consider staying any where else, we just love the hotel so much. You have to pay the extra , to stay in the tower block, but it is worth every penny. Go and enjoy a fantastic hotel.

i just want to say that my stay at Patang Beach hotel was a very plesant experience - the service the staff and the location were just perfect and met all my needs and then some - even the night life right outside the hotel was great - i plan on returning soon and would recommend patang beach hotel to everyone
we stayed in a delux sea view...
we stayed in a delux sea view room in september 03, the rooms staff etc are excellent coukdnt have wished to stop in any other hotel. we should have been returning in march 2005 but have had to move the holiday back to november 05 with the recent events (my thoughts are with you all) I cant wait to return to the hotel and phuket x

We are from the UK but live in Greece, we have stayed in this hotel on four occasions and we just adore it, the staff are so good.And the location perfect. We can't wait to return. Hopefully this February when the hotel reopens.P.S. our thoughts are with you all.

We stayed here for almost 1 week in January 2004. Although a bit pricey compared to other local hotels, the hotel itself is very nice and the location is the best -- right on the beach in the center of Patong. Our standard room in the hotel tower was a bit small, but very nicely and traditionally furnished in woods. And we had a great view of the ocean/bay, since all the tower rooms face that way. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very pleasant and the food was varied and good. Pool was very large and nice. And you can walk to everything nearby. For an ocean hotel, we'd definitely return.

Good Location vastly expensive, tried to charge business guests (embassy staff) 3000 thb each to visit me, complained but got ignored and blocked

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my stay in Patong beach hotel. The room was lovely, pool was gorgeous and the thai massage was very relaxing. Would definately go back. The ultimate relaxation hotel.
