we will not return to The Royal Paradise
It is my second time at this hotel we liked the location, I am a repeat customer that unfortunately will not return.
We ordered deluxe room with one bed, we received with twin beds. When they switched us to another room it was on the third floor, the room smells humid and was not use for a while.
On the other side there is a bar" guys for guys". They turn on the music from 11:00 till 4:30 a.m. we came for a vacation. The internet computers at the reception did not work, the staff did not know what to do-From the room I payed 483 bath for 24 hrs(I used it just 3 hrs. we just left)
I came with my wife to a nice known hotel, we did not like the way the staff treat us, lack of language and experience.
