we were being upgraded to the royal...
we were being upgraded to the royal suite as the deluxe paradise were full. The rooms were clean n so was the toilet. Breakfast was quite standard but the range offered was condsidered good too... .. Overall, the staff were quite polite. If really to pick on some faults, I will say only 1 or 2 frontline staff attitude were biased more towards the westerners than Asians. Overall, a good stay and recommendable esp for gd location

We stay at this hotel for 4...
We stay at this hotel for 4 nights, the room was fantastic, the service was extremely friendly and everyone was always willing to help, they were all lovely. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom was extra big, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, all the amenities made the stay so easy and relaxed. The location was ideal, so close to the shops, nightlife and beaches. Would stay there again for sure.

l find the receptionists are not too...
l find the receptionists are not too helpful. l also think this hotel is over rated ( this hotel does not look like 4 star hotel more like 3). Location is good, near the main beach, bars and restuarants which is good. But overall this hotel is average.

The name is Miss Rosemary Lawson and...
The name is Miss Rosemary Lawson and not Mr. I found most of the staff to be very helpful especially the younger ones, and they made every effort to speak in english if they could. Was dissappointed only with the cost of laundry and for pressing clothes. The cleaning lady who did my room and sorry l do not remember names very well, she was there most of the time l was, she was just so very nice. I had to stay longer than planned in Phuket and really l should have been refunded for the days of 28 and 29th November as the 28th was when l was surpose to fly back to Bangkok, but was unable to.

-Hotel lobby very beautiful and very resorty. -Housekeeping staff very friendly. -Pool magnificint especially with bar inside the pool..except could be opened a little bit later. -Great location!! Only suggestions -Renovate the rooms!! the hotel is lovely but the rooms really need to be updated.. -Air con needs to be little bit cooler as its so hot and humid and when u come from outside into the lobby its so nice but when you get into the room its just a little bit stuffy. Other then that had a great experiance and next time i come to phuket ill defintley b back!!

well its my thrid time at royal...
well its my thrid time at royal paradise i guess you cant get a better place,its like being home and the staff are great and the taxi service out side the hotel is great we got on well with pai the driver and the staff at the hotel,i'll be back and i hope to see you soon thankyou once again majid malik
