Stayed at the Royal Wing for 3...
Stayed at the Royal Wing for 3 nights from 14 to 17 June 2008 & I must say the location was fantastic. Though it appeared quite far away from the main street as seen on the map but it's not true. Walking down to Jungcelyon shopping centre was a breeze & about 10-15mins walk to Patong Beach. A lot of nice food just across the hotel. The downside was the noisy pubs just opposite our hotel so if you are the kind who sleep early, I would recommend you to book the Paradise Wing instead. Breakfast was good, not much to complain though. Would be good if they could add in the pancake section and have different types of food. It can be boring to have the same thing everyday. My partner & I will definitely stay in this hotel again for our next trip. Thumbs up!

Overall, this hotels have a good package...
Overall, this hotels have a good package such as the location, service, cleanliness etc..it's situated at the town centre where you can buy anything (food, souvenier etc)within walking distance and the distance from Patong beach is not that far..15 minutes walking distance or not more than 5 minutes drive. I was there with my families and and overall, they are happy with the hotel. It's a good value for your money.

Overall, a very pleasant stay for my...
Overall, a very pleasant stay for my family of 5 adults, 2 children n 2 toddlers. Our deluxe room in royal wing is still roomy even though fitted with a super single and a king size bed. The sizes of beds were just what my family needs and the rates are extremely reasonable! We were alloted rooms near the restaurant, away from the bars. Hence we were spared from the noises, what a relief! Staff were friendly, helpful and always greeted us with smiles. We were just a mere 5 mins walk to the latest and biggest shopping centre Jungceylon and about 10 - 15 mins stroll to the beach. The children loved the pools, had lots of fun, especially with the little slide. and the adults loved the jacuzzi pool.

This was our second time staying at...
This was our second time staying at the hotel. Great price for low cost hotel. Excellent location. good facilities and service. Good breakfast. Definitely stay at this hotel again. 100% recommended.

stayed 3n in the royal deluxe suit....
stayed 3n in the royal deluxe suit. nice place. lots of seafood right outside the hotel street. not bothered by the gay pubs witin the vicinity at nighht though abt 10-15mins walk to patong beach. 5-10mins walk to juncyceylon shopping mall. would like to try out the paradise wing in the future as the royal wing did not have a seaview as its only 7storeys high.

No problems stayed in this hotel 3...
No problems stayed in this hotel 3 times now second time in the older rooms but it was big and also very clean only problem it was very top floor but meant good view from balconay.

I had the room on the 17th...
I had the room on the 17th floor great views..double balcony--so on 1 side you could see the mountain terrain and on the otherside you could see the town--pool of the hotel below and the beach and the activity going on from your room and it was high enough that you could not hear the busy traffic below quite--peaciful--and most time's you never needed the a/c because of the breeze that came thru the room from that height--a great room. the bathroom could use alittle work--minor but good just normal wear...and the only complaint i have was the water--dirty some of the time--not bad most days.. but i figured it was due to the construction behind the hotel across the street where they are building another hotel or something and they may have hit or tapped into your water pipe system--causing the dirty water from time to time from the canal below??? other then that since i've came back to work here i've told everybody that this is the hotel to stay at if they ever go to phuket and try to get the room i had.. Also i plan to return in sept 1st.for 10 maybe more and have 4-5 others planning on coming with me to phuket for their 1st trip there... and the staff was very helpiful on helping me on my confirming the return airline flight back here... they all are a great staff in every dept there.. if i needed anything they was right there to help me.. and give information about phuket and the area sites i give them 10 stars... and the price was great also... I just loved my stay there and am thinking of retiring there in the future... i will be contacting you soon to setup my next stay soon--you all were great and asiaroom's did agreat job too on fast service setting me up on the room.. i just want to say thank you all for a job very well done... i hope i get the same room again in sept when i return. thank's again and hope to see you all soon.
