This hotel is not worth the money.
I stayed in the superior room with my family. The swimming pool is cool and very family friendly, food is not bad however the hotel rate/service is not value for money. The room rate is not worth 30% of what's being charged. Customer service is very bad, the receptionist are not friendly and would not let you finish your comment before breaking you. Internet is 150 Thai Bhat (TBH) / 30 mins or 450 TBH / day while it's 1TBH/min at next door internet cafe. Room is not cozy with very old furnitures.

A good stay
Generally a nice place to stay in. Hotel is near to shops. Very convenient. However, lots of gay bars. Not suitable for night walking especially with young children.

Won't come back again
We stayed at the royal wing, the section faces market and bars.
Every noisy at night, as music starts from 10:30pm. The room has no sound proof - we could hear every bit of sound fr outside - ppl walking / singing / talking etc.
All facilities are in the hotel are old. Hot water doesn't come out smoothly!
Breakfast is the same everyday.
Half of the staff don't smile.
It almost ruined my holiday !

Poor hospitality
Was rather disappointed with the attitude of the front desk. There wasn't any language barrier but the lukewarm hospitality does not justify a four star hotel. Room is clean but flushing system of the toilet bowl can wake any sound sleeper up. Breakfast is mediocre and nothing to cry about. Again the attitude of the wait staff does not eptiomise the thai hospitality. Not really value for money unless you factor in the location which is great but surrounded by gay clubs.

We stay at Royal Paradise every year and staff are friendly and customer service is great it is No 1 hotel in Patong that is why we keep coming back best location for shop ,eating places and bars.

We stayed in seaview Paradise wing Superior room on 20th floor, We were very satisfied with a great seaview from the balcony.. It's like in the middle of the town of patong and easily going every places in patong. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Sincerely thanks to the front desk staff and manager for arranging my early airport transfer, really appreciated. I would most probably stay at this hotel again if I'm back to phuket.

the location is perfect in the middle of everything u want to do
food is no perfect but good for (halal food ) u ve only 3 things to eat :( which was not good to me.
for booking of the trips try from the street best rate,,,,,,get down and turn right

Deposit
Place looks cozy and nice. However, we were not informed that we had to pay a deposit of 2000 baht till we get to the hotel... Eventually we cancelled our stay because it was too expensive. It would be appreciated if Asiarooms could inform customers abt the deposit payment so that they will not be disappointed customers like us. At least they could be well aware about how much they need to pay.Thks
