the room was a little small. good...
the room was a little small. good view of the bay. badly needs better lighting especially over the bed to enable reading in bed. service was almost overwhelming. pool great but needs more sun lounges on the sunny side of the pool. food and beverage prices at the hotel normal high prices. checkin and checkout were easy and convenient.

This really is the sea view, separated...
This really is the sea view, separated from the beach by only a road and a few palm trees. Saying that, our initial room had a view of a concrete bridge. However, after a day we were moved to a room with a superb view and we were able to watch te sunset from our balcony. In fact staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Providing umbrellas and a torch was a nice touch. Breakfast is served on a pleasant, shaded patio. The beach and sea are clean and there are two swimming pools. Unfortunately many of the hotel sunbeds were claimed throughout the day using the draped towel method. The hotel is on the southern tip of Patong beach, a pleasant 1 Km stroll to the town centre. This means it is peaceful but does incur the standard 200 baht taxi fare after a day shopping or a night drinking.

All staff were great except for the...
All staff were great except for the reception staff who had absolutely no idea on how to talk to or treat guests particularly a family of guests that was to stay in the hotel for 16 days. Upon arrival we were offered two rooms that were down the hall to each other, given that I had 3 young children this was not acceptable. When I requested to speak to the duty Manager some gentleman with the title of "Internet Manager" came and offered us ajoining rooms at their sister hotel some distance away in another part of the island, when we said that this was not good enough the duty manager disappeared to "a meeting" and left the reception lady to handle the situation as best as possible. As we spoke to more people the same story emerged that most of them were unhappy with their accomodation and that every time they were offered better accomodation at the sister hotel which had plenty of room. Also the linen in the room seemed to be changed every 4 to 5 days. Stains that were on the linen were evident for days without being changed.

Overall a great place for a vacation....
Overall a great place for a vacation. Hotel is next to the beach.The view of the sea from the hotel's balcony is fantastic.Food and service is good.Hotel situated away from the hussle and bussle of Patong Street.Facilities from the hotel as well as from Patong is adequate. However things are getting expensive in Phuket- the only downside of my lovely stay there.

Good and quiet hotel, but the beach...
Good and quiet hotel, but the beach is not clean. Besides, the hotel service staffs seems not enough, thus the service is not punctul sometimes.

You defintely need to stay at this...
You defintely need to stay at this hotel. It is rated 3 stars but it should have at least 4. It is 4 minutes walk from the night life and shopping, but this means that it is wonderfully quiet. We had a fantastic holiday and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This is a great place to stay...
This is a great place to stay very clean,service is great and the location on the beach just a short walk to the middle of everything in Patong. Breakfast has a great selection of food even for fussy eaters

The room doesn't see the sun all time, it smells moistry.....the situation between two walls; The staff is OK, the beakfast ist very good and the pool also

Good services, good location (far from crowded...
Good services, good location (far from crowded area)and nice breakfast!!Worth for value. If you need a hotel near to night market, then this hotel maybe is little bit far for you. But, still can reach within 15-20 min walking distance or take a tuk tuk. Me and hubby really enjoy the stay in this hotel. We will back to this hotel again if back to Phuket again.
