Sadly, this otherwise quite satisfactory hotel was let down by several staff attending the reception area. To say they were hopeless, rude and disinterested, would be an undersatantement and generous. One day it took five personal visits to reception to get a bath towel, unforgiveable. I, for one will not be bothering with this hotel again.

This hotel was recommended to us by...
This hotel was recommended to us by a friend, and being that we were on our honeymoon we were really looking forward to it. Initially all looked fine except that the staff weren't as friendly as other places in thailand. On out first night (which was raining) the room started to leak and there was a constant tapping noise on the roof. We complained to management and were taken to another room, but when we walked in there were people already in this room, in bed! It then took hours to get moved, and the staff weren't very friendly. Our new room had no hot water and was also leaking water from the rain. It just seemed to be one problem after another. Their internet kept logging off and they still charged for it and they tried to rip us off on a transfer to the airport, charging 3 times what it cost by taxi. All in all, i wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone, especially those going for a nice relaxing and romantic holiday. Many of the problems could have been overcome if only staff were friendlier and more willing to help.

Definately a gd resort to try out,although...
Definately a gd resort to try out,although its at the end of patong beach but somehow or rather it will not disappoint stayers due to its cleaniness,nice room,pool and nice brakfast too. will definately stay there again if im planning to go back patong.

We stayed in room 306 from the...
We stayed in room 306 from the 11/7 to 16/7 and loved this hotel. The staff were great even tho we didnt have to deal with them much. The only downfall was the bathroom coz it is so small but otherwise its fantastic. Both pools were beautiful and we never had any trouble getting a lounge by them. It's a bit of a walk to Bangla Rd but we still liked this location as it's still close to banks, 7eleven etc. The 10% discount for the restaurants was a bit of a waste for us as we never had them on us when we used them, other places we've stayed at just give you the discount when charged to your room. We thought the breakfast was terrific and the only better one we've had was at the Sheraton in Bangkok. We would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Average hotel, restaurant staff took their time....
Average hotel, restaurant staff took their time. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Bangla. I did not deal with other staff other than the restaurant ones,my maid did a good job. Breakfast was good although they need to change some items from time to time. Good value for money in the low season

I was pretty happy with the service...
I was pretty happy with the service of this hotel. The room size was pretty decent and clean. The staff members were very friendly and breakfast wasn't so bad either. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Phuket again.

Fantastic value for money. Would recommend this hotel someone for a honeymoon as well. Out of the tourist hustle and bustel but very close to everything you need as well as all the attractions.

Great Hotel at a great price. Quite a walk to where all the action is, so not recommended for the elderly or those with young children. Rooms were great with one of the best views of the beach compared with other hotels anywhere else in Patong. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Will definately go back.

Stayed in early June 07 with our...
Stayed in early June 07 with our 15mth old. Was given a ground floor room, opening onto a grassy area, and looking out to Sth Patong Bay. This was ideal for a toddler. The rooms, while on the small side are well appointed with everything you need, incl a kettle for coffee and tea (and warming bottles of milk). We loved the location on the quiet end of Patong Bay as it made for easy ocean swims without being hassled, yet it's only a 5 min walk into the action of Patong. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many choices! Only slight downer was the expensive charge of 1700 Baht to get an extended check out by 2 hrs, double that price if you want longer. Overally, we'd definitely recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed in this...
My partner and I stayed in this hotel from 23rd May till 28th, total of 5 nights. It was absolutely beautiful! We received a welcome drink upon arrival and refreshing cold towel, the service was polite and effecient. We arrived late at about 10pm and they were still waiting for us. The position is perfect, at the end of Patong beach away from the hasslers who stand out front of their shops. It is directly on the beach so you can just step accross the road into paradise, or better yet use their pool. It is by far the best I have ever seen, with waterfalls and jets...we were in heaven. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety of foods to choose from, freshly made omlettes, yoghurts,pancakes,noodles,rice,toast bakery delights, fresh fruit,juice,tea & coffee...you name it they have it. The lunch and dinner restaurant isn't the best place to eat you can find better at other hotels, the food was just a bit cold and meals are small. We will definately stay here again, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the main shopping strip and you can hire a motorbike for 200baht for 24 hours, I recommend it. Don't be fooled into paying a lot from airport to hotel we only paid 150 baht per person. Also some of the safari tours are a bit dodgy so be careful which one you pick. Hopping from island to island is easy with the Ao Nang princess ferry, book with a tourist person along beach front, will take you to Phi Phi for 400 baht. You will love your stay at this hotel.
