Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Located at the end of patong beach. Quiet for the lacy days and only a walf away forom the party in Bangla road.

We stayed three nights at the beginning...
We stayed three nights at the beginning of our 17 day trip and this was probably the nicest of the hotels we stayed in. I thought the value for money was quite good and the buffet breakfast was great. Granted, we were upgraded to a deluxe room from a standard as we had requested a double room and they only had twin by the time we got there (which was quite late) so that probably swayed our opinion a bit (the deluxe rooms are a bit nicer than the standard). Overall, though, I was pleasantly surprised.

I stayed at the deluxe room for...
I stayed at the deluxe room for 3 days 2 nights. The room was fantastic with a view of the pool. I can just exit from the balcony door and walk straight to the pool. Room was spacious with quite a big toilet. Loved the bathtub! Everything we needed was found in the room which was great. Staff was friendly as well. The only slight sadness was that we weren't granted a late checkout. Overall, I loved my stay there with my boyfriend and I'm sure I'll be back again. :)

The hotel staff really made an effort...
The hotel staff really made an effort in making me comfortable for the duration of my stay. They are warm and friendly when dealing with hotel guests. However, this attitude cannot be said for the staff of the hotel's restaurant. When we wanted to place orders for food before ordering drinks, we asked for the food menu. The waiter told us "no drinks, no order", leaving me and my partner were dumbfounded. Do not expect any smiles from most of the staff from the restaurant either.

Seaview is an excellent hotel with great...
Seaview is an excellent hotel with great staff and facilities. Only one small minor problem was that my room was over the kitchen / preparation area which made it a little noisy during the early hours of the morning. However, the duty manager although he didn't change our room which would have been the best option, talked to the kitchen staff. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel - it's location is superb, at the end of Patong beach so it's quiet enough but walkable to the centre.

This is a great place to stay. Located at the end of patong beach you are far away from the noisy crowds but near enough to be at the heart of patong. Friendly staff, big pools, clean and big room, very big breakfast bufet and a fantastic seaview (nomen est omen) make this hotel to my favorite place in phuket. For those who are affraid of tsunamis, this is the safest place. Left to the hotel is the phuket-hill, just 1 minute walk and you´ll be at 30 meters above the sea.

This is the perfect spot on Patong...
This is the perfect spot on Patong Beach - minutes on foot from the city centre but far enough away to still be peaceful, and with uninterrupted views of the beach. Restaurant was wonderful, and staff were friendly. We extended our stay and made changes after travelling out to Phi Phi and staff were helpful. Pools were fantastic, good range of cocktails too! We looked at other hotels on the beach while walking around, and this is definitely the place to stay in Patong.

Excellent position if you want to shop!...
Excellent position if you want to shop! Right next to Pratunum markets, which sell pretty much everything, and night markets set up in the street just outside after dark, as well as the shops accessed at the bottom of the hotel. Fair variety of restaurants on site. Not very close to sky train but there are always taxis and tuk tuks nearby. We moved to this hotel from the Novotel on Siam Square, and were much more impressed with the furnishings, pool, value for money, staff and positioning. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice and staff very...
Hotel is very nice and staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Except the security guard at night when you try bring a guest,and the policy which requires a 1000 Baht payment for a night guest to enter your room. On quiet end of Patong beach which makes it very nice.
