A Great place to stay and relax..!
I have booked a superior dulex room. the room is spacious, cleaned and the toiletries are well-equiped.It has 2 swimming pools; children pool & Jacuzzi service too. It is well located in Patong. 5 mins walk to the beach, 8 mins walk to the night life area, Bangala Road. The room is worth the price we pay. Had a enjoyable trip with my partner..!
Perfect location just needs a bit of minor work and the hotel itself will be perfect!
The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Patong beach so it was very convenient to get around. The hotel also has free shuttle bus services to Phuket town which was a bonus. The pools are in excellent condition and the food was good for what you get.
The negative; our bed sheets had stain marks and pen marks etc. The bathroom were old and did not look like what they have on their website. Maybe because we were put in an older room :( The hot water was also quiet weak. Despite these negatives which the hotel can easily fix...we still enjoyed our time at Thara Patong.

Thara Patong good
Given low season good value ,pools very nice with usual bar and food , paid $62 aud. / night wouldn't think it is worth any more but with the peak season about to start expect to pay more.
That is Phuket though, very well located to beach , shopping and nightlife but quiet enough to spend time at .
Some very well located rooms next to pool if thats your go. Breakfast is good enough never got ill from food , close to a restaurant located on beach across the road called "Sabai" great food very reasonable, NO sick.
Would stay again !

Beautiful resort. Walking distance to beach and shopping
Very good location (only 5 minute walk...
Very good location (only 5 minute walk to beach). Close to restaurants and not too close to Bangla Road! Nice resort type hotel set in lovely gardens. Nice swimming pools. Not a great selection of restaurants (who wants Italian in Thailand?) Very good breakfast buffet very extensive choice. Staff very friendly and helpful especially front desk who helped me by letting me use their PC to print off another hotel booking. (Where in Europe would that happen?)

We had great time in Thara Pathong. staffs are always smiling and ready to help u to make ur stay more comfortable and memorable. Location is great very near to the Pathong Beach and many Restaurents.

We had a great stay at Thara Patong Resort. The location was very good, the breakfasts were very nice and the staff, from front desk to restaurant and room service were all very nice. Lovely pools with lovely gardens. I would go back there again if we get back to Phuket.

The service, buffet breakfast, room, facilities and location was great. We were a couple who loves the beach and pool, this hotal was perfect as it was walking distant to the beach and they had 2 separate pools. The famous Bangla road was also a walking distance and it made the stay easy.

My husband and I stayed at the Thara Patong Hotel for 4 nights. We chose the Hotel because we are seniors and although we wanted to shop and see Bangla Road, we were not interested in nightclubbing every night! It was only a 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. We do like to swim and the swimming pools were lovely. Also if you like the beach it is just a short stroll to the beach without paying the esplanade prices.
The breakfasts at the Hotel were wonderful, the service was also very good. The only thing we could complain about was that our superior room beside the pool did not have a verandah outside and when it rained the outside furniture got wet.
We would go back to this Hotel as we loved the location and its facilities.
