This hotel was not exactly what we expected! It is definately true to it's 3 star rating. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which smelt very damp, when we asked to change rooms they said they were booked out and we could change the next day, which we did. The rooms are fine, aside from being a little on the dark side, but don't expect too much.
The location is excellent, you could not ask for more if you want to be in the heart of Patong.
The breakfast is reasonable, but I must say the cost of food and drinks are quite high.
The most disappointing part of our 2 week stay was the staff!, poor english and bad attitude.
Never helpful and at times quite rude!
I think with better management this could be a much more pleasurable place to stay.
Warning - when we booked we requested late check out - when we got there we were told it was only a request and if we wanted late check out we needed to pay 1,000 baht!
