Great time had by all.
Well we had no problems with the room, it was cleaned everyday and the breakfast was nothing to worry about as was all the meals if you chose to eat at the hotel. We much preferred to go out and taste some of the other places Patong had to offer. Would stay again if we go back to Phuket as it would be hard to beat for value for money. The staff were more than helpful with any request put to them. All in all an ejoyable time had by my partner and I and would recommend for someone who would prefer to save some money on accomodation and use it as more spending money. If you want rich surroundings pay more somewhere else. The best thing about the resort is it is down the quieter end of the beach so sleeping was great.

Best place in Patong!
We loved the location of Baan Boa; being at the southern tip of Patong beach meant it was an easy 5 minute walk to the heart of the action of Patong, but far enough for peace and quiet. The staff and facilities were all good, the restaurant served up great food too.

BAAN BOA HOTEL
Baan Boa is listed as a three star hotel situated at the quiet end of Patong Beach, and that is basically what one gets for the money.It is indeed at the top end which is relatively quiet compared to the other end of the road although still fairly busy,but interesting and exciting for the pleasent pastime of people watching over a cold drink when waiting to venture out for the evening.
Which in this case isn't very far at all. All the nightlife including some very nice restaurents are all well within a comfortable walking distance,as is the beach which you could almost fall out of bed and be sunbathing in seconds!. All staff we had dealings with were very polite and accomodating.
Cant comment on the hotels food as we didn't eat there ourselves, although breakfast was quite adequate which attentive service.
One gripe would be as to why we had to pay our hotel bill the minute we arrived and in cash? which we felt was slightly unusual and a bit tedious especially after such a long and tiring journey from the UK, having to run to ATMs to get extra cash to pay there and then when a credit card payment we though would have sufficed.
Our room was nicely situated on the top floor overlooking the beautiful bay,and was nice and clean although maybe not quite worth the money asked for it,all the same,sitting out on the balcony watching the world pass by was very relaxing before venturing out to a bustling but very friendly Patong nightlife for an evening meal.
All in all,our stay was very pleasent and the staff very accomadating through out. We would like to thank all the staff we had dealings with and hope in the future to maybe see them again.

The hotel was pleasantly reasonably priced considering the location, I have frequented Phuket a lot and so far this is the first time internet rates have beaten the work in off the street rates... In general, clean, well located and conveniant to most facilities....

I stayed in Baan Boa Resort for...
I stayed in Baan Boa Resort for 2 nights, they have very friendly staff, very good services, nice rooms, very good view rooms, and ofcourse beautiful balcony with table and chair where you can relax and enjoy. The location is beautiful,not even a minute walking distance from the Patong beach, everything is available nearby. I completely enjoyed staying there and rooms are quite at cheap price, it was worth for real value. I will recommend this resort to my friends and relative, and i am looking forward to stay there again. With love, Dilip Bafna

this is my first time in phuket...
this is my first time in phuket so obviou first time in this hotel. this hotel is on the road which is exactly in front of beach, so the hotel is on beach front but hotel is almost the end of road, price wise was excelent resot, not very big but good, what this hotel has is rooms big enough with tile flooring, belcony, good pool, break fast is not buffet its one time order do remember that. i tell you all you are on traveling and for viewing thing so if you walk little to go to see some thing you enjoy, its not important you should live in the center. the walk from hotel to few things like..... to drink beer or cocktails..... 3 min. walk to book phiphi island booking so many. every 50 meters to mac donalds........ 5 to 6 min. walk to burger king........ 6 to 7 min. walk to shop............... 6 to 7 min. walk in other words to complete one way from patong road walk is only 15 min. then up to you by this you see alot things. as i always say you are on vacation to enjoy and to see all.. last but not least this is excellent budget hotel with good standard for families and fun lovers.
