The Burasari Resort is an excellent hotel to stay, nice interior decor, friendly staffs and overall the place looks new. Hopefully they can do something abt the mosquitos... I saw 2 to 3 mosquitos in my room.

The Burasari Resort Hotel is a realy first-class Hotel. Everything was very nice. Perfect service, allways with a smile. Everything in Patong Beach within walking distance. 1 min. to the beach. A was ther in march, and go back ther in may.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Burasari Resort Hotel. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich und die Zimmer immer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist nicht weit weg vom Strand ( nur 100 m ) und doch angenehm Ruhig. Patong Stadt kann man sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen.
Hotel Burasari jederzeit wieder! :)
We stayed here in mid December '04...
We stayed here in mid December '04 (feeling very lucky we came home when we did now!) Phuket itself was a bit too touristy for us, but the hotel was great. very close to the beach & Bars etc, We stayed in the Jnr Suite which was massive! We both had a very happy stay and would recomend this to others. Hope everyone there is safe after what has just happened. Good Luck and thanks for having us....
Quiet location but close to centre of...
Quiet location but close to centre of Patong. We booked a Deluxe Pool View but were upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was spacious with contemporary furnishings. Not a lot of storage space but this is usual in Thai hotels. The balconies of the Junior Suites is large with 2 sunbeds whilst the other rooms have a small balcony only.
The shower is over the bath and the headroom would be tight for anyone onver 6 foot tall.
Pool is great although sun deck is a bit cramped if a lot of residents want to sunbathe. Rooms are in 2 blocks that face each other with the pool in between them.The pool access rooms have steps to the pool but are in the block that is in shade most of the day so I did not feel they were that good value for money.
The foos was superb but expensive by Thai standards. Breakfast was good and had excellent oriental dishes which changed daily.
Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price. I would return to this hotel (and there are not many hotels I say that about).

Well-located, with excellent proximity to shops, restaurants, and beach. Hotel was clean and with middling decor, though quarters were generally tight (and we were in a junior suite!). Miserly with bathroom toiletries. Staff quite slow to respond - we had requested fresh towels and a new bar of soap, which was never attended to, despite repeated calls. We had also requested a queen/king bed at time of reservation, but were given two single beds instead, with the apathetic response that no other rooms were available. Others arriving after us encountered the same indifference. Hotel security suspect, given that it is open to the street, and the entrance appears unmonitored most times in the evening. Hotel breakfast was adequate, with a decent selection. Overall, good value for what you pay, particularly if your expectations are moderate. A three-to-four star hotel, at best. The Ritz Carlton this is not.

This hotel was ok, some minor complaints, but given the price, it is still a good option. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, although the open format can make going to the bathroom a little tough from a privacy point of view. The staff were generally polite, but somewhat disorganized and slow, especially at check-in. The towels were thin and old, a unnecessary weakness at a fairly new hotel and when the maids forgot to replace one, it took too long to get an extra towel. Also, the open format is nice for the lobby and restaurant, but the lack of Air Conditioning and bugs were sometimes annoying. Finally, we opted for the Junior suite, but after seeing a regular room, there is little difference and the location of the junior suite by the pool on the first floor made us have to keep our curtains drawn all the time for pricacy. So, it is a nice place and I give them credit for effort, but not all of the elements came together as I think they intended. Next time I might stay at the Holiday Inn accross the street which actually looked much nicer.

What a wonderful hotel, nothing to fault from the security guy at the front of the hotel to the room maid. The service , the standard of the room and the total tranquility of the hotel was a total pleasure. Sorry we didn't have more time . I am sure that in the near future there will be difficulties in obtaining a room as everyone will recommend further.
We need more hotels of this standard.

We stayed from 15 to 20 may in Burasari Resort. Their website looks great and the real thing is even better. Indeed it's very new and the whole resort and rooms are very attractive and romantic. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help you if you have any question. Burasari is at 2 min walking distance from the Patong beach and the many shops. But inside the resort it's very quiet, you will have absolutely no problem with the noise from the busy streets.
We booked by siam.net. Their price is better than other companies and the booking was without any problem. We payed 35 USD/night, breakfast and taxes incl. Wich is approx. 300 bath cheaper than other prices on internet.
If i go back to Phuket i will certainly go back to Burasari.
