Had a very pleasant 5 nights in Burasari Resort during Dec. Thanks to Burasari for being able to accomodate our pre check-in requests (i.e. High floor, early check in). The hotel was cosy and very conveniently located near the beach, shops (especially dive shops), restaurants. Service was generally good, front desk was able to help with all my requests (e.g. restaurant booking at baan rim pa, extra pillows etc) - but staff in general need to smile more often! Seems like they'll only smile if you smile at them first. : ) Maybe being a smaller hotel their management may have omitted that bit of training, which is a real shame cos otherwise there's nothing much to complain about burasari.

We spent 7 nights in Burasari hotel....
We spent 7 nights in Burasari hotel. After one night we asked to change the room because of moisty smell in the room. It was a superior room but the size is rather small. The staff is not very polite and rather unpleasant. Breakfast is good but never ready on time and items are cold. We think Burasari is not a very good value for money

The service at the Burasari Resort hotel was good. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks. There were rose petals on the bed for honeymooners upon our arrival. As we arrived at Phuket earlier than 12pm, we could check in early because of availibility of room. That was nice because we had a very early flight from Singapore. The room smell nice and nicely decorated. I like the beach bag with beach towels that the hotel supply for beach-goers. Restaurant has a nice ambience surrounded with plants. I find it nicely decorated and well-manitained. We felt relaxed while enjoying the breakfast and surrounded with flowers and plants. The lunch buffet was so cheap, only cost us 99 baht, with the delicious Thai food. We should have done that on our first afternoon because it was pretty costly to eat at other restaurants within close vicinity. Dinner buffet was pretty costly though, about 499 baht per person, without wine or drinks. For Thai standard and someone quite familiar with Thai food, I find that quite expensive. However, we thought that we booked for a deluxe room through this website, yet we got a standard room instead. Despite that, we had a nice stay at Burasari Resort.

My friend and I had a very nice stay in Burasari Resort this early November. The hotel staff are very friendly and very efficient in solving our problems. The location is also great, only about 2 minutes walk to Patong Beach. The mattress might be a little bit hard for some people. But all in all, it's still a great value for money.

My wife and I stayed in Burasari in early Aug. We loved the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very beautifully furnished. It was a relatively small hotel but the staff had made it a great one! We spent lots of time just reading and relaxing by the pool, it was just simply wonderful. The location of the hotel is just a stone throw away from the beach, while you can get to the buzzling beach road that is full of stalls and hawkers within minute! We will stay in Burasari again during our next visit to phuket!

A good value for $ hotel. We were there in July 2005.
The rooms are nice & have a traditional Thai look. Morning breakfast is good but not great though. Hotel staffs was very friendly, especially the restaurant staffs, chambermaids, and SOME of the front office reception staffs.
Burasari resort is a very peaceful & quite place. However, they're less than 2 mins walk to the beautiful Patong beach & the popular street stalls. Restaurants nearby (the're located rite in fromt of the beach) are good too and not to mention preety reasonable price.
I checked out at 12.00 pm (request for late check out was turned down, however they let us use one of the rooms (junoir suite) for us to shower @ 4.00pm after we had relax at the beach Thats not a bad service, not to mention we were allowed early check in when we first arrived.
We are planning to go to Phuket again in Sept 2005 and YES Burasari is the destination.

A very cosy and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty new and clean. Hotel is close to beach too. Breakfast is good considering the size of hotel. I like the massage by the pool, went with my 2 boys, i can have my massge while they swim, very convenient.

The location was very good, a short walk away from the main entertainment streets and the beach. The resort was very nice and peaceful, with very helpful staff and an especially attractive pool. Breakfast was good as well and we'd definitely stay in the Burasari resort again.
