Burasari is a very nice hotel. It is very central to everywhere you want to go in Patong and we walked to most places in the area. The hotel itself is clean and the garden and pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. I would stay here again.
Great hotel close to everything!
Massage was more expensive then on the streets at Patong, but very much worth the price!
Beautiful Burasari
Myself and my daughter had a wonderful hoñiday in Hotel Burasari.We thought it was a lovely hotel.Misty bar was gorgeous and we ate in there several times, everytime the food was delicious.The breakfast had an enormouis choice, the waiters always attentive and the two boys on the show cooking(omelettes etc) were very efficient and so friendly.The pool was lovely but maybe a little too shady although thats good sometimes,Pool bar service excellent.
The posotion is also very good so close to all the amenities.We had a great holiday at Burasari and we definately hope to return!!!!

Good location
It is a good hotel with big rooms, good breakfast (works until 10h:00, which is good), nice pool and walk distance from the mall and just steps from Patong beach. Problems that we canonic are: sometimes the breakfast is crowded with no places to seat and we didn't have a room made up one day. the service also is bit slow.
Yeah to Tum
We had a fabulous stay at Burasari Resort; we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile and had a quick book in so we were off to our room within minutes. Tum the Bell Man is a great asset to the resort always smiling and happy to assist everyone ... having stay at the Burasari Resort last year I was happy to see his smiling face; always happy to assist us when needed. The whole experience was great. The food and cocktails were also welcome after a long day out and about.

Value for money! Nice hotel!
clean and friendly
I have stay in Burasari for 2 night. The place was clean, convenient, friendly staffs and very relaxing place. Will be better if the bathtub is much cleaner and the wifi is working better.
Disappointing stay
Front of house staff need a change of attitude. Being the first contact with the hotel, they should know that their job is to make you feel welcome, not just another number coming in the front door!! One of the porters was particularly arrogant in his attitude. We are not paying money to the hotel for treatment like that. We have stayed at Burasari twice before as our friends always stay there and of course, we want to join them. Not any more. Even they commented that they would not be back. A very disappointing stay indeed!!
