Good location
It is a good hotel with big rooms, good breakfast (works until 10h:00, which is good), nice pool and walk distance from the mall and just steps from Patong beach. Problems that we canonic are: sometimes the breakfast is crowded with no places to seat and we didn't have a room made up one day. the service also is bit slow.

Yeah to Tum
We had a fabulous stay at Burasari Resort; we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile and had a quick book in so we were off to our room within minutes. Tum the Bell Man is a great asset to the resort always smiling and happy to assist everyone ... having stay at the Burasari Resort last year I was happy to see his smiling face; always happy to assist us when needed. The whole experience was great. The food and cocktails were also welcome after a long day out and about.
We look forward to going back there again.... :)

clean and friendly
I have stay in Burasari for 2 night. The place was clean, convenient, friendly staffs and very relaxing place. Will be better if the bathtub is much cleaner and the wifi is working better.

Disappointing stay
Front of house staff need a change of attitude. Being the first contact with the hotel, they should know that their job is to make you feel welcome, not just another number coming in the front door!! One of the porters was particularly arrogant in his attitude. We are not paying money to the hotel for treatment like that. We have stayed at Burasari twice before as our friends always stay there and of course, we want to join them. Not any more. Even they commented that they would not be back. A very disappointing stay indeed!!

Disappointed Booking
I have booked an Elite Room.
The only pros about the room is that it is spacious.
Below are the cons for people who are interested to book Burasari
1. Bath tub stoppers just couldnt keep the water from flowing into the sink. So you will need to keep refilling the water while you are soaking in the tub!
2. The aircon went off intermittently in the room for all the nights that I have stayed there!
3. I thought I had booked an Elite Pool Access room from Asiarooms. But when I got there, it turns out that it is a Elite room only and I was asked to pay more to upgrade to the Elite Pool Access. So for those who book an Elite room in Asiaroom, please dont be mislead into thinking that you can request for a pool access.
4. Thin walls. So you can hear footsteps outside your room and people talking as well.

My 3-day stay at Burasari Resort
Indeed it is located at the central of Phuket and right smack at Patong Beach. The receiving staff are very accomodative just that the cleanliness of the room for "Honey Moon" suite was not quite there... dusty & stenchy bedlinen.. breakfast ok..except that. the female cook for buffet breakfast who is frying the eggs ... watch out she is very unfriendly... Overall, the massage provide the hotel is excellent. Well overall, ok.. dont think will come back though as the value of money is not really there

The best staff!!!
We came for a vacation; the minute we entered we understood that this hotel was the right choice. The location was the best, next to the beach and on the main road of Patong Beach.
The staff speaks English; they were smiling and very helpful. The bellboy Wat the girl at the reception and even the girl from the housekeeping at the floor gave us the feeling that you are important for them. Breakfast was reach, nice trained staff. (**Free internet in the room***)
A very good hotel, we will return for the next vacation.
