When we arrived they had overbooked us...
When we arrived they had overbooked us for 2 nights, so they put us up at there sister hotel for 2 nights, which was also very good. I couldnt fault this hotel though, the staff were fantasic and very helpful, even offered us free transfers to the tourist places.
The facilities were great for what we needed, only a short walk to the main street of Patong Beach.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Large enough to offer everything we could want but small enough to feel like personalised service.
The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly...
The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful if they tried from reception, to the bar staff to the cleaners. Had fresh towels, beds made everyday and bar in your room was restocked every morning. The pool area was always clean and bar staff always walking round clearing when people had left or finished food etc.
As to the location of the hotel, it was far enough from all the hussle and bustle of Bangla ROad but close enough to walk even though the tuc tuc's were available.
Would defnately go back to this hotel.

Great hotel,the only problem we had was the bed was to hard other then that good service,clear rooms and a great pool area and not to far from the beach and Bangla Road would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here with my Thai girlfriend and we both loved it. This place doesn't look like any old hotel and the layout is very nice with trees and natural good scenery etc.
It's in a geat location and you're only a couple of minutes away from the hustle and bustle but back at the hotel it's very peaceful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the general atmosphere is very relaxed.
It was also great value for money even though we were there at high season. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room. Room was big with a king bed, balcony with table and chairs, great air conditioning, in room safe, hair dryer. Modern room. Cable TV has lots of channels in English to choose from. Cheap minibar. Housekeeping service was fantastic, very kind staff. Pool was a good size with lots of deck chairs, trees shade over some of the pool area so you can always find sun or shade. Pool has a little water slide for kids and a basketball hoop in the middle with balls supplied. Breakfast is OK, not much variety and it was the same thing everyday. Hotel itself is situated off the main street, close walk to the main street/ beach (1 minute) and market on the back street (3 minutes). Taxi and Tuk Tuk service right outside hotel door. Excellent value for money, would definately stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice room, although as mine was near the road, slightly noisy. The air con was really ineffective and this would effect a future stay here as the room was continually too warm.
great swimming [pool, relaxing hotel, only a short walk from everything beach and nightlife.
For the single traveller states a 400b joiner fee, but I was not charged at all.

Will recommend budget travellers to stayed at this hotel as the location is good. It's near to Patong Beach and near to shopping district.
But the hotel buffet breakfast is a little lesser choice. But food was good too.
Overall this hotel is worth for stay.
