Good location
The staff as a whole were helpful, efficient and friendly, throughout the hotel. The All Seasons was located across the street from the beach, with easy access to restaurants and a few shops, as well as a Wat. The rooms were fine, although the lighting was a bit dim in the dressing area. We did like having a bar fridge in the room, very handy. The grounds were well kept as was the pool. The breakfast buffet had good variety, and was replenished as needed. The biggest downfall for us was a lunch we had, and a couple of drinks from the lobby bar. We couldn't even finish the drinks we had, and when they were returned to the bar, we were not offered alternative drinks, and we were still charged for them. Even worse we had to pay the included 10% service fee for them. We had nachos and wings for lunch one day and although the service was fine, they were the worst nachos we ever had. However we did enjoy some very tasty drinks at the pool bar, so it may be an issue of different bartenders, or products used. We also thought we would take advantage of a complimentary 15 minute neck and shoulder massage at the spa, which did not leave us with the desire to utilize any services there. Prefered the massage on the beach. Could be used as a base to do day trips from in the area.
