Waste of money
I've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, I can say it's really waste of money, there is no wi-fi, no hair dryer,no safety box in the room, even I asked the receptionist for travel adapter, they also said no, everything also said don't have, I really want to ask them what they have.
Excellent location, 2 mins to the beach, 2 mins to all the shopping, and bangla road if u want to see a crazy night. Hotel was dated but clean. We booked 3 star so didn't expect 5 star. As they say you get what you pay for, and this hotel that's exactly what we got. Anyone looking for a 3 star stay close to all shopping and the beach then this is a great place. Staff are friendly and always helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast was scouting poor. Overall great little hotel. I would be happy to return if I ever went back to patong.
scam land
We booked our accommodation 1 month in advance on arrival room wasn't the one pictured and reception wouldn't honor Asia rooms booking price. We fought on a daily basics refusing to pay for the extortion with the price changing daily, we ended up leaving 3 days early all 4 of us, and we found better accommodation elsewhere. We will be talking to Asia rooms about this and as we travel alot we will let everyone know.
Good stay at the pearl
i enjoyed our stay at the pearl, had a swim in the pool, very nice. Went out on the town had some rock and roll at rock city ACDC show was fantastic.
Accommodation is far enough away to be nice and etr.
Breakfast was good, all you can eat buffet style.
What can i say it was great and I will come back for more when i want a night out in patong.

poor customer service
First day when I asked if we can stay one more day, they said ok. but next day they said no. I had to rush to find another place.
convenient & quiet
A great stay once again. Had requested the room we had the previous year, had to have a couple of days next door & then they shifted our things to the roo we requested. Was no trouble for them. A very plesant stay this is a favorite for us, its close enough to walk to Bangla & far enough away from Bangla noise. A lovely quiet stay.

Booked a superior room was a little dissappointed by the size of the room very compact. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help the room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was poor if you managed to get up on time. I would also rather of paid up front for the hotel as i was left with a hefty bill at the end of my trip.

My wife and I stayed at this...
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was large and airy with a balcony.. However if you are looking for a nice view from the room then this hotel is not for you. There is nothing but buildings around it. The breakfast is bad.. The pool is also very small. Its nothing like a resort at all, instead its more like just a budget travellers lodge. The bedsheets also smell of urine and the towels dont absorb water from the body at all.The service staff are very couteous though. However we will definitely not stay here again...
