To be honest this hotels best days are long gone. The room look tired old and a bit unkept. we arrived at around 6pm no welcome no help with bags no welcome drink just a bad first inpresion room smelt damp b/fast very limited we only stayed the one night and to be frank that was enough.
This is a great place to stay for a short visit to Phuket Town - perhaps en route to Patong etc.
Good room, good facilities and shuttle daily to Patong. Stayed here after a late flight into Phuket and took the shuttle to Patong Merlin the next day. Recommended.Only complaint would be the bad tv reception.
The room is very nice, service and breakfast and everything else are quite good enough for its cost, except the location. Considering it's in town, it is quite far to the beach. However, the hotel has free shuttle bus goes to Merlin on Patong beach, which is, to some degree, convenient for guests. I quite recommend it to those who do not have much money, but still want a nice quality for staying.
Good room, correct service. Location quite far from town center. Far from beaches but has a free shuttle bus to the beach. Good deal if you have to spend a night in Phuket.
