In general the relation cost/benefit is very good. Most important thing that one is always looking for in a hotel is hospitality, and I can say that people in this hotel is very nice. From the very beginning at your arrival they provide you a cup of juice for recovering from the long trip from the Phuket airport to Karon beach. Room has enough space, you can control the air conditioner, clean service is good, towels are always replaced, you have balcony and chairs to enjoy it, safety box at room, spa service is fantastic, corridors are not noise, etc. Only problem is that wi fi isn't available at rooms, but there is a good enough and cheap wireless network close to the reception. Facilities in general are very good (swimming pool, bar, dinning room, etc.), breakfast is good and abundant. They don't overcharge your bill with unexpected expenses. Beach is just crossing the street. They did a nice party for the new year night (countdown), with traditional Thai food (buffet) and they put effort in making a funny show, but please next time be more careful with fire show because I could realize that weren't professionals who did it, and fire jumped close the tables and even over one roof. In addition, Thai people don't restrict fireworks, so everyone can use fireworks which is dangerous. I would recommend that hotels agree together in doing one professional show in the Karon beach with specialists, rather than each one independently use their own fireworks, that is dangerous. Despite it, I would recommend this hotel and I would select again.
