Overall OK. Rooms are clean. Quality of breakfast is good but limited choice. No major complaint for the price you are paying. Swimming pool is perfect, very secluded and shady. However, not all staff are friendly. The location of hotel is perfect for tourists who loves shopping as it is at the heart of the happening places but minus the noise!!

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of January 2007. Overall it was great!! The price was excellent, the rooms were clean and the furniture new (it was only built 2 years ago), and the breakfast which was included was good as well!
The gentleman at the front desk is one of the family owners of the hotel and is extremely helpful giving all kinds of information on day trips and such! The location is excellent if you want to be near to the beach and all the action!
Now for the drawback:
-the pool is very small, and although nice you wouldn't want to spend too much time at it (but most people spend all their time at the beach anyways)
- you can't make phone calls from your room so if you want to make any phone calls you have to go the front desk (and calling long distance is a nightmare)
- the rooms don't have a bath so if you're a bath person it won't work for you!
I would definately stay there again and would suggest that most people would enjoy their stay there (I am very picky, especially about cleanliness).

The location was perfect,in a quiet area, in centrum, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. (Ask the staff about the short way to the beach). Good and various breakfast.Very friendly and helpful staff. We will absolutely recommand this hotel.

A really good, newly built hotel. The rooms are decorated in modern Thai style. It's clean, friendly and close to everything! As we were travelling as honeymooners they surprised us with a large fruit platter and decorated our room/bed with flowers and hearts. Loved this hotel, stayed for 5 nights.

A very good location in patong area, but the pool is quite small and the sundeck chairs are putting too close. Breakfast is just ok, not much choice--coffee needs to change.
One important thing that they don't have sports channel---very disappionted!! the reception should be more smile and pleasant to customers.

After a long journey from UK was greeted at reception by friendly staff and given refreshing drink and face towel.The hotel is new and the delux room with balcony was spacious, clean and cool.Room included fridge,tv,mini bar and safe deposit box. Located in a quiet street which was a 2 minute walk from the beach or the main roads with shops,bars and restaurants.Hotel has a small pool with sun beds. Beach towels are provided at reception. Various choice of breakfasts.Internet service available by purchasing a 40 minute ticket (but I found it difficult to save my remaining time).All in all I would stay there again if I returned to Patong.

Avery pleasant , no frill small hotel tucked in soi jintana. my room was on the highest floor at level 5 with quite a view. the pool is small but cute. staff were friendly. location wise, its easy to move around... anyway patong is not that big.
