What a refreshing stay in this beautiful...
What a refreshing stay in this beautiful hotel.Once you have found your way around,this hotel is local to all facilities.We have stayed at most of the big hotels in Patong and for a change found this little boutique hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The staff were really helpfull (say hello to OBB in the lobby)and courteous.The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained.The pool is a little small,but given it's location it's understandable why,the only thing we missed out on was the movies on cable TV but to overcome this the hotel provide DVD players at a small cost.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone,you won't be sorry.

The wifi service is too expensive and should be free! The staff should improve, at least, english language.

Hotel was perfect and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach and night life. We were very impressed with the hotel and would definatly stay here again.

I was there for five nights and wished I had longer. I have no complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff, clean, very well located, reasonable price. I will certainly stay there again.

overall location is quite gd. not too far from the shopping strip of beach road and nite spots at bangla road.the shortcut to the beach is easily accessible and condition not as bad as some reviews here had made it out to be. check in was quite hasslefree. welcome drink too sweet ! kudos to the hotel staff and AsiaRooms for taking note of my indication as honeymooners. The room was decorated with flower petals etc. Nice romantic touch ! Had a room with balcony on the 4th floor facing a tomb with no much view other than the adjacent guesthouse, backalley and powerlines. No much prob for us tho cos we were out most of the time. Bed was comfy enough tho air con was not working very well and quite noisy. Pity no long bath. Breakfast was not gd and the serving staff at the cafe looks sulkly. Pool extremely small and not inviting at all. Bike rental shop behind the hotel offers very new suzuki bikes (3 wks old) for THB 250 per day.

The hotel is fantastic and great. Location is perfect as well. Easy access to beach, night market and eating area.
However the hotel need to improve on their staffs services or else they will loose out their repeat customers. And also to have better variety on breakfast. :-(
One surprised they have given us that is they have decorated the room with flowers for us as we are honeymooner.... :-)
Overall, a good place to stay.No regret. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was excellent for the price....
This hotel was excellent for the price. We stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights in Dec '07. We had not been expecting much but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a fairly large bathroom. The only real negative was that the air conditioning was really noisy so we couldn't use it at night. The breakfast was fine, the same as all other hotels really. Enough to choose from and omelettes made on request.
The location of the hotel is ideal, only streets away from the main tourist area but still quiet. We didn't really like Phuket itself, too many tourists and certainly not the 'real' Thailand. I suppose it depends on what you want from your holiday, and I'm sure that there would be plenty of people who would enjoy it. Especially those looking for Thai ladies and lots of alcohol!

We chose this hotel is due to its location, 3-min walk to Patong Beach. It is nested in a quiet alley, but still close to the center of Patong active night life. The new mall with StarBucks, McCafe, Carrefour, Robinson, Cinema, and tons of other restaurents is within 10-min walk. The Deluxe room we stayed has a balcony on top floor (5th). There is barely ocean-view from balcony since trees and other building block most of views. If you are looking for ocean view, Royal Paradise Hotel is a better choice, but it is located in a noisy Paradise complex. The bathroom toilet water is yellow, a surprise since the hotel is just two-year old. Overall, it is a budget hotel to have a good night sleep and easy walk to beach.

Loc.ok. (If you dont mind it being next to a small cemetery) Just opp. htl, is a salon (do your hair manicure, pedicure and nail art all at one place and a beautifully set up massage parlour. Staff at htl were really great. Friendly and helpful. By the back lane, you can access to the beach, pubs and shopping area. Htl rents bike for 200baht (24hrs) and we travelled in that too.
