Good location with good and nice staff....
Good location with good and nice staff. Reception guy is so helpful and if u are driving, u can park safely with no worries. Breakfast is limited so dun expect too much as u r not paying a 5stars rate for a 3stars hotel. Once again will stay with the hotel for my nx visit to Phuket.

Had a lovely stay at this resort! First thing I noticed was the place was perched on top of a low knoll - nice. The place is spotless clean. The pool is small but charming. Reception is warm and friendly. Definitely much better a place than my other previous 3 hotels I stayed in during my previous visits to Phuket (and way better value). But nothing is perfect and the only small problems I encountered were the very steep slope to the carpark tends to result in frequent bumper scrapes (if you're renting a car) and the water in the shower tends to get progressively hotter until it is scalding hot! And turning down the heat also turns down the water pressure. (But it's really a "nit-picking" point)
Also I liked that the hotel is set a tad away from the main Patong action so it is pretty quiet but not for those who want to step out of the hotel, right into the action. I'd most certainly stay here again during my next visit!

i found the hotel staff very friendley and helpful, language is always going to be a problem as there was many different people staying but i think they did very well i didn't have a problem at all.
room was fine, food was good but limited for breakfast over all ok. wont suite older people , as its set on a hill, and near a busy intersection , but i slept well there . location i think was good, if you want the bars and everything there not to far away. the beach is a nice 15 minute walk.very clean and serviced very well , i enjoyed my stay there

A fairly average hotel. There are many steps to climb so not so good for unfit people. The location is OK but it is near a busy road so lots of traffic noise. It's best to get a room without a view to avoid traffic noise. Rooms have adjoining doors so it is very easy to hear what your neighbours are doing. Mine liked the TV on loud, so watch out for that. Breakfast was OK. The staff generally OK but many did not speak English so it's difficult if you have special needs. Nice little swimming pool with plenty of sun.

A little out of the way (10-15 min walk to south end of patong beach) but thats why i chose hotel. Good facilities, staff very friendly/helpful. Room good size/clean and a descent breakfast.
No good for the elderly, lots of steps to room with no Lift. Would definately stay again!

The swimming pool & environment is good...
The swimming pool & environment is good for relax. But breakfast is quite simply just provide a set menu. It's no choice. Hotel location is far from the patong beach that walk around 15 mins. As last there no toothbrush & toothpaste provide.
From outside, this hotel is ok. And...
From outside, this hotel is ok. And the people in front desk are nice. The problem is when we walk to our room. we have to climb quite high stairs. climbing it without having anything with us already tiring. imagine how it's going to be with bags. and the breakfast wasn't good at all. it's not a buffet. so we only had 2slices of toast with butter and jam, 1portion of egg, a cup of coffee/ tea, and a glass of juice. the loocation actually not bad. we can walk to patong beach in about 5mins.

I found the Leelawadee Hotel excellent value for money
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only drawback i thought was the fact that it is built on the side of a hill so it meant that we had to climb about 29 or so steps to get to our room. This may not suit older or handicapped people. I definately think that the extra charge for the poolside rooms is well worth while as the balcony gives a good view over the pool area and surrounding areas

The staff was really friendly and accommodated to most if not all our needs. The early check-in was a plus as we arrived at 9+am. The rooms was clean too.
Bad Points -
The location is not the most desireable. You will have to walk around 300m to reach the beach. You will also need to walk up a small steep "ramp" and climb up a flight of stairs to reach the reception area, more stairs as you walk towards your room.
Summary -
With the kind of money you are paying, you might want to consider other hotels nearer to the beach unless you like the isolation of the hotel.
