Not For Singles
Do not come here if you are single. There is a "joiner" fee of 1000 baht per night if you find a "friend" and they are quite rude about getting payment up front. The internet service is expensive and poor strength, usually unavailable in your room. The breakfast food is good but the chaffing dishes are not heated, so the food is usually cold when you dish it up. The pool area gets about 3 hours of direct sunlight each day. The plastic furniture on my balcony had the finish worn off and was cracked.
The rooms are clean and bright, cleaning staff are friendly. Few problems with communication, most staff have passable English.

The people are lovely at the hotel for sure, but because there is a new hotel being built right on next to them it's awful. Unless you like the sounds of construction all day & night and enjoy being sleep deprived. I'd suggest you look elsewhere for the time being. If the contruction wasn't happening then this could be a bang on place to stay as the location is just a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few meteres from the beach. This is a good reasonably priced place to stay if you are going to spend much of the time in the beach or enjoying the sights and islands around Phuket. The hotel has a nice small cosy swimming pool worth to spend awhile relaxing with a drink from the bar next to it.
Not very good with breakfast, staff in resturant did not welcome you each morning.On offer each morning was a choise of diffrent eggs theres only so many eggs you can eat in 10 days.
Dont remove any items from room, if there not there then they charge you (glasses, face washes, anything). Not very disable friendly as the scooters are parked on foot path that leads to ramp. Front desk friendly

This hotel is not in the patong beach,, and No free wifi internet in the room, and not nice view...
i think its bad hotel and i will not come agin to this hotel,, there are alot of hotel in batong beach beter than this hotel and cheber...

I went there in September 2008. It was quiet and there was no buffet breakfast. The individual breakfast was not up to the standard.
The hotel has a swimming pool but there is no gymnasium. In other hotels in Thailand, there was a small gymnasium. I use the gymnasium daily to keep fit. The absence of a gymnasium was a real let down for me.
Apart from that, this hotel is good for the budget traveller.
