As we have stayed here previously, we thought we knew what this hotel was like. Sadly this time we were very dissappointed in the lack of service considering this is a reasonably new hotel. Our stay was for 14 nights. The facilities here are ok but be careful in the Gym as the equipment is not maintained in good order.I highly recommend the Hotel Massages. The breakfast was the same each day and there was not a lot of variety to choose from. We had arranged breakfast boxes for the morning of our departure but these were not available when we went to checkout. The Manager on Duty was evasive and rude.I had booked 2 rooms on the one booking but he wanted me to pay seperately for each room. If you are after a cheap hotel in a good position then this fills the profile.

This is the second year in a row that I've stayed in this hotel. Location is perfect, close to the beach and about 20 mins walk from Bangla road and the nightlife. Very quiet at night as no bars too close by. Staff are friendly and there's everything you could possibly need on site.

Very conveniently located hotel..not too close to noisy aspects of Patong beach. Restaurant and Meal room service is first class standard, particularly local thai food.Really cannot complain, except for lack of consistent hot water in shower, but hey, who really needs hot showers there anyway!!
Would definitely stay there again, but it helps if you know a little basic thai language as staff are poor in English and saw many a frustrated European trying to explain certain things.
Overall, very happy. If you are nice to staff and respect them, your stay should be a good one..Enjoy.

Very pleasent stay as always here. Good overall service and standard. Breakfast very good, and resturaunt cheap with good food. Swimming pool a must, gym a bit too enegetic for me, the bar service is excellent at the poolside. Very good location for patong night life but far enough away from the noise to relax if you want a night off! Only couple of minute walk to beach and night life. 9/10 everytime i have stayed here!

I don't want to sound to negative, but overall it was a bad experience.
The shower was always running hot and then mostly cold.
The Pool was green polluted.
The food was terrible.
