I would stay here again for sure.
Definately would stay here again - its close to everything but secluded on its own 12 acre block at the end of a dead end street. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. We ended up extending our stay and returned again 3 weeks later - felt like coming home.

Hotel looks decent and clean from outside with security guards round the clock. You feel safe when you enter the premises. Hotel room is like the resort simple and good for budget traveller. Location is ideally good for those who loves to hang around and shop at the Patong area. The hotel location is away from the beach which is about 10-15 mins walking distance. If you like to visit the shopping mall "Jungceylon" which is about 20-25 mins from the hotel. If you are not a fussy traveller, this hotel will be a good choice for you :)

Hotel was good in many ways,but the air-con seems assmblied closely right between the rooms ,so noise all night,no way to stop it.Only people who do not mind noise will find this place of good value.

This was our second stay at Deevana....
This was our second stay at Deevana. It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The breakfast is great and the staff are extremely helpful.
The location is a bit further away, being about a 20 minute walk from bangla rd but there are markets all the way along.
Would definately recommend the spa wing over the garden wing as a bit more privacy is available.
This hotel is great for everyone and we will definately stay at deevana every time we go to phuket.
Was disppointed with the hotel for missing...
Was disppointed with the hotel for missing our airport transfer on our first day of arrival. But they compensated us with a free upgrade to the excecutive suite from our original deluxe room. Also being my birthday on the second day, at the request of my sweet hubby, the sent us a complimentary birthday cake.
The hotel may not be new but the rooms are maintained well enough. It's clean and free from smell of old funiture. The hotel is quiet and free from noisy pubs sound. My kids love the pool and the private jacuzzi right in front of our balcony. A fabulous massage centre located just beside the hotel. Lots of seafood restaurants and convenient stores outside the hotel as well. But for beach lovers, it is quite a walk to the Patong beach and night market.(15 ~ 20mins)

Our stay at the Deevana was amazing. the staff are great and so attentive and the resort is lovely and in a great position. The beds are a little hard which I have found in a lot of Asian hotels however when we mentioned this to the staff they promptly sent housekeeping up to put a pillow top on the bed to make it softer.
we also had to check out very early on our last day and so we missed breakfast. when we checked in they asked what time we were leaving and said that they would pack a breakfast for us. when we checked out there was two packed breakfasts waiting for us to take with us. where else has packed you your breakfast??
The location is also great as it is far enough away to not be in the middle of all the Patong craziness but also close enough to walk into it all or cheap enough to get a tuk tuk
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Had a great time at Deevana. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Had minor hiccups during my trip (not pertaining to them) and they tried their very best to help. Location wise, it wasn't very very close to the beach, but its ok if you get personal transportation like renting a motorbike.(available right next door to the hotel). Seafood eating places and convenience store are of short distances outside hotel. Room size is acceptable, but not big. Majority of Tv channels are in thai. Parking for bikes are available. They got 3 swimming pools!
