This resort is a big place. I like the setting. More than anything, it is far enough from the beach that you can have some peace and quiet. The resort could be a five star place if not for a couble of things, though little but requires improvement. The room was big and very acceptable. The problem was with the shower. The grouht from some tiles was missing and tiles were loose. So was the sink. The shower head was not adjustable and was at the height for people 7 feet or taller to enjoy it. For others, the water just passes over your head. The soap dispenser in the shower was not working. I mentioned it to the front desk early one morning and on my return in the evening, nothing had been done. This was quite true for the service overall. The staff were not familiar with work. To add the icing on the cake, the Manager made a call to inquire about airport taxi service and charged it to my room. I had not asked him to call. Further, he mentioned that that there were no economy taxi services (multiple people in a van) from hotels to the airport, while I was able to book one with a travel agency on the main street. Overall, the service was lacking. The place needs to be customer orientated.

The Deevana Patong resort is one great resort. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are fantastic and the staff couldnt be more helpful or attentive. I disagree with previous comments, you dont need to speak english to convey your hospitality and warmth. The staff were so loving to our two young children Ive never experienced it before. They made our stay. We booked into a garden view room and it was good for the money but we upgraded to a poolview because it was bigger and more modern. We loved every minute of our stay and would definately come again. The kids made some great friends.

Deevana Patong hotel was lovely.lovely rooms, lovely view.location was alright.walking distance to the shoping area and the beach.only downfall is the staff......they cant speak english!!!!
We had a good time in this...
We had a good time in this hotel. Our room was in the green garden and near the pool - it was very nice. The location is great although it's not right on the beach it is a short walk to it. Overall good value for money. We will return to Deevana Patong Resort and Spa if we are going to Patong, Phuket again.
A great hotel in a good location....
A great hotel in a good location. Away from the busiest parts of Patong, but still in walking distance to all of the action.
We had some trouble with checking in, however were offered an upgraded room. The staff did their best to help us out.
