Worst service, bad rooms at a good location!
I booked this room after seeing reviews on trip advisor but in our case we were utterly disappointed with the service offered by this hotel.
For starters, when we went into the room it was completely drenched, the walls and the floor.
This is due to the aircon air condensing on the walls and floor if you keep the door open.
I requested for another room and the receptionist was indifferent towards the request.
Instead they send someone to wipe the room floor.
This repeatedly happened throughout the stay.
No complimentary water as promised and no refill of coffee and tea. When asked during checkout the receptionist says you must ask and then we can give. Is this customer service?
Agreed the location is nice and quiet away from the hustle bustle of Patpong, but i would advise you can get better accommodation with good service and an equally good location.
Only good thing was the breakfast which was very tasty and lots of options.

Can be better
We stayed at the hotel from 27th April 2012 to 1st May 2012. We were pleased with the rooms (at the discounted price we got), we couldn't ask for anything more. Basic and clean rooms. Food at breakfast was OK. Swimming pool excellent. Rooms are maybe just a bit too far.
However, the service was terrible. It's either they dont understand our language which is just pure English or they are not accommodating at all. Our bath towels are NEVER changed. When we ask for help, the answer is either I dont know, or just...i dont know...
We were treated double standard by them. We have 10 person who stayed in this hotel, and all of them felt the same. Apparently they treat us, Malaysia or any Asian people a class lower than others.

Great place to stay - the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location in Patong - walking distance from the beach and Banglar road.

There are 8 computers in the hotel but only 1 is working.
Housekeeping can be improved.
Receptionist are friendly n warm... Room was okay... But too much mosiquitos and housekeeping was abit lazy... Did not change towel everyday, shower cap reused and shampoo nt replenish... Long days stayed not advisable... But breakfast is good...

i m not sur that it's a good idea to pay 500 bath when we want to invite girl friend for the night
Deevana Patong!
I enjoyed my stay at Deevana Patong Garden Wing! It is very close to Patong Beach, within a walking distance of less then 10min. It is within a quiet area of Patong yet you can find cheap good food, cheap good massage within 5 min walk outside of hotel! The only downside might be my room of Garden Wing is a distant away from the lobby. So I always need to walk a few minutes before I reach my room but it is perfectly fine with me ^^ There might be mosquitos if you stay at the Garden Wing but easily settled when the aircon is on :D Overall a great stay...definitely value for money! It is cheaper to buy the breakfast buffet voucher at 180bahts per pax at the hotel when you want to eat it then buy it online in advance ;P
Darling Deevana
You would never know that you were staying in the heart of Patong Beach from the quiet and relaxed surroundings of Deevana Patong Resort. Relax in either of the two immaculate pools after shopping hard each day. The Garden Wing has well-maintained grounds (complete with friendly kittens) surrounding the free-form pool and bungalows. A small mosquito problem in the rooms but that was all. Never knew we had neighbours - so very quiet. Pool is big enough for active laps or lounging. Plenty of sun-beds pool-side. Good air-conditioned gym. Very nice breakfasts and relaxed semi open-air restaurant to eat in. Check-in quick and efficient. Lobby staff friendly and helpful. Great location - an easy 10-15 minute walk to the major shopping centre of Patong Beach with plenty of shops and markets along the way. Just one block back from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants of all grades for evening meals. Most amazing lobby toilet I have every enjoyed! Would definitely stay again if visiting for leisure in Patong Beach.
Rooms are clean,staff are friendly and accommodating.would stay in the pool view wing instead of the garden wing as all rooms are on the ground floor and musquitoes enter the room if the door is left open even for a short while. The furniture is dated and needs upgrading. The breakfast is excellent.
