We arrived at the hotel at about 1.00pm and was told the room is not ready so we were asked to wait at the restaurant. At 2.00pm and 2.45pm, we check with the reception again and was told the same thing and that they will inform us when the room is ready. We waited until 3.30pm and still no one inform us the room is ready. Check with the reception and finally the room was ready but they did not inform us. Took the keys and had to climb up all the stairs to the room because no one even bother to show us where it is. The reception had only one staff and he is not very sure of his work. Very bad service for a hotel with this rating
When we reached the room, guess what?? It is still not ready and everything are in a mess. Only when we called the manager, did the housekeeping come in and clean up the room. Why can't they clean our room first since we were waiting for more than 2 hours. The manager told us to relax at the pool first but this is simply unacceptable with the price they are charging so finally she upgraded us to a suite that was ready.
