Staying here for 3 nights was great! It was beyond my expectation. The service was good and anything you want Salathai can provide you from tour packages to good food. Just the perfect hotel I'm looking for affordable, quiet and relaxing environment. All the staff are friendly and their spa services is one of the best. What is great here is I got discounts in my food and spa, good package. I'm personally recommending Salathai to everyone... And guaranteed you wont regret it. Definitely I'm coming back. Thanks

The staff at Salathai were very polite and not only that, they even went the extra mile to send a birthday cake to our room as they noticed the Date of Birth on my wife's passport.
What an observant and sincere bunch of people. You can't really just find this anywhere. Even though their hotel is only rated 3 stars but for the service quality they delivered, i would rate them as 5 stars anytime!
it is small resort, but really it is heaven. we were honeymooners me and wife got the check in in a minute with a memorable photo and complementary welcome drink otherthan that in the vouher, also the staff is very friendly and they want to serve yo before you even think what do you want.
perfect place for everyone
We stayed here for 2 weeks in June. Everyhting was just fine except breakfast. Boring and demanding at we had to pay 176 baht ekstra daily for kidservering. The cook also made warm food by ordering. Breakfast for kids was terrible. This was a big negative, I think. Anyway, other things were acceptable. To come back and stay at this hotel one have to think twice.
Very friendly service. Close to all the shops and the beach. Very good location. Easy to arrange your holiday in Phuket with all the travel shops just outside on the street. Peaceful location and good room service. Very happy with the stay.
Fantastic hotel for the money. I have just returned from a 7 night stay. Pool area is always clean and tidy and the food around the pool is cheap and of a high quality. There are not many pool loungers but we always managed to get a bed. Hotel is approx 3 min walk to the beachfront. Ate in the hotel restaurant twice on an evening and was one of the best meals I had in Phuket. Breakfasts are basic, but nice. As the hotel is small there is a friendly atmosphere and we got to know most people around the pool. I will definitely be returning to the Salathai!
