Hotel was good we got an upgrade...
Hotel was good we got an upgrade to a junior suite which was great!!! Rooms were very clean, free mini bar was also a bonus!!! Pool side service was fantastic thanks to the lovely "cookie" who made our stay all the more pleasant!! i got sick so hotel made arrangements for a doctor which was super!! the only fault was the in room safe was "out of order" but we changed rooms after 6 days and had a working safe!! if we ever go back to patong would def stay here!

the staff were very friendly nothing was...
the staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble everything was just perfect lovely little hotel,food was very good in the restaurant and lovely little bar opposite the hotel aswell and you were not that far from bangla road a steady 10 mins walk would recommend to anyone

A great hotel and have stayed there...
A great hotel and have stayed there twice. I have one complaint, however. The homepage advertises one free airport transport if your stay is at least 5 consecutive days. The Salathai refused this clear cut offer however, because my reservation was directed through a travel company (through no fault of my own). There is no excuse for this. It is a clear case of false advertising which should be remedied asap.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Room with...
Stayed there for 3 nights. Room with a balcony to dry beach wears and as smoking area. Excellent location, short walk to beach. Only complaint would be the air-con was a bit noisy. Overall a great stay. VALUE for money.

In short. Perfect. Definitely going back to...
In short. Perfect. Definitely going back to salathai. Every single detail was marched down with their fantasic service. Near the beach and bang la road. What i didnt like was that there wasnt much parking lots around. at the very most 2 - 3 by the roadside ? But fred not, cause their uber friendly bellboy will give value-added velvet parking service ! in all, its the nicest hotel ive ever been to !

The hotel staff were excellent and always...
The hotel staff were excellent and always obliging. The grounds and the pool were a very calm oasis. Rooms were not too noisy at night. The breakfast and restaurant area were spacious and always clean, with breakfast always good. Our room was a bit musty when we moved in, but got better. The bathroom was very dark, with the deep blue tiles. Excellent location, short walk to beach and not too close to the main tourist road. Would stay there again.

I have already filled this and given...
I have already filled this and given a good review BUT a point I have to make is that I am still waiting for 3 postcards to make it to Australia. I remember paying for these at reception to be posted on my last day there and my 3 contacts still have not received their cards. Can someone follow this up with staff? I think it was 20 baht per card to be posted which I paid. It's been 2 months now. It would have been nice to get these posted. Regards, Ben

An absolute true gem! Cannot recommed this gorgeous hotel enough. The rooms are beautiful, the double beds really comfortable and extremely clean! Love the extra touches like the fresh vase of orchids and the orchids on the pillows. The best hotel we've stayed in Asia so far. The location is superb, a minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. Breakfast is great and the staff are so wonderful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
