In general, staying at Kata Poolside Resort was a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I would have just one reservatiion. The laundry service. Laundry could not be handed in until after 8a.m. and was not available until the evening of the following day. In other hotels in Thailand, laundry could be handed in from 6a.m. and was returned the same evening. Also, it was difficult to understand why a ladies panties (underwear ) cost twice as much as a man's underpants! However this is a fairly minor matter and I would definitely be happy to stay in this hotel again. Teresa Erdpohl.
