Good hotel, with lovely pool, not far from beach. Good size room and bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

APART FROM A GOOD LOCATION - ONLY ABOUT 5 MINS STROLL TO THE BEACH WITH SOME RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS A STONE THROW AWAY - AND REASONABLY WELL DECORATED SPACIOUS ROOM SIZE - THERE IS NOTHING TO SHOUT ABOUT - CONSIDERABLY PRICEY AND SERVICE WAS RELATIVELY POOR - STAFF WITH BAD ATTITUDE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR THAT PERSONAL TOUCH OR PERSONALIZED SERVICE.

The hotel was really nice, fantastic room...
The hotel was really nice, fantastic room size especially as the room was a bargain!! Great views from the balcony too!! Good access and great deals on tours. Lots of options to choose from! Location: right next to a beautiful beach and nice resteraunts, although it was pretty quiet late at night so there wasnt much to do. Great pool! Really friendly staff and great service. Had a lovely stay thankyou!

The resort was generally value for money...
The resort was generally value for money although the location is quite off from the main crowd. This means one has to spend quite abit on transport (only taxis or Tuk Tuk) if you are going to spend a fair bit of time in Patong beach. However, the cleanliness can be improved with respect to the bedsheets as they seem yellowish and smelled abit. There are also many mosquitos in the room even though we did not open the balcony door at all so perhaps something can be done here.

Room size great; big bed, t.v. safe, balcony and free coffee/tea/water. Not impressed with breakfast; but o.k. Did not use swimming pool facilities. Used internet facilities (one hour free for 2 days). Location great, few minutes walk to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Very quiet; in my room no noise from bars etc. Great value if you travel in low season.

We had a pleasant stay at Kata...
We had a pleasant stay at Kata Poolside Hotel. Although I must say that the Sugar Palm resort just the next street down looked much more swankier! Kata has a traditional look, while sugar has a more modern look. Everything was great though, and the staff are so friendly and polite. The pool was refreshing too. Location wise, I think it was in a good location, although it was not right on the beach, it was a short walk away.

We love our stay at Kata Poolside...
We love our stay at Kata Poolside & would definately stay again. The room was better than we expected. The breakfast each morning was nice and the Seafood Dinner offered of an evening was heavenly! The location of the hotel was perfect for catching the bus into other towns, walking to the beach or anywhere in Kata. Thank you for making our stay in Phuket so memorable.

Hotel was in an excellent location, close...
Hotel was in an excellent location, close to Patong, but far enough away that you could enjoy life without the over zealousness of haggling you get in Patong. Staff were exceptional, kind and friendly. Our sheets, towels etc were changed daily without request. All in all, the place was GREAT value for money and I would go back in a flash and stay again.

The hotel was great, had a wonderful resturant infront with great service! Would have been nice if the hotel had a name on it as it was beautiful. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Excellent value for money. Beautiful location less...
Excellent value for money. Beautiful location less than 5 mn walk from a nice beach. Many opportunities to eat out in the surroundings. We stayed there with our 4 year old daughter who had a bed in the same room. Everything was perfect.
