This hotel had nicely furnished rooms and...
This hotel had nicely furnished rooms and were immaculately clean. Hotel was alsoa 2 minute walk to Kata beach. Overall, great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly and speak good english, as well travel agency at reception. Room OK, bed quite hard, as pillows. I suggest the staff to have alternative pillows not so hard as the default one. Hotel restaurant very good. Late check out available (charge 500 Bath) Location is ok, 100 meter from the beach. Anyway no dubts: Absolutely I will stay again at Katapoolside resort !

The room was beautiful and definitely value...
The room was beautiful and definitely value for money. The room was also very clean and the cleaning service was great. However I found the reception staff extremely rude, which was very sad seeing everything else about the hotel was great. This rude treatment however really depends on who you are. The reception were extremely friendly and courteous toward the european guests but they were extremely unfriendly and sometimes rude and abrupt with us (asians). We tried to ignore it but they made their bias very clear and obvious.

Lovely staf..Helpful and best of all, they...
Lovely staf..Helpful and best of all, they were speaking English... Things i've liked to se to improve is at small fitness center or a conection to it, many people like to work out on their vacation. Second...more space near the pool...It is a lovely pool but not many people can stay there at the same time...More sunchairs by the pool would be good. The rooms were fantastic !!..Great rooms really. Nice staf and the girls in the Travel Agency were very sweet,pretty and helpful every day.

We've been staying for 5 nights at...
We've been staying for 5 nights at this hotel in January. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent bathroom. The staff was friendly if a bit obtrusive. However the hotel's area is very small, not every taxi driver knows where it is situated and dirty laundry is scattered all over the hotel's cotteges' territory during almost all day. It has wireless Internet inside rooms, but the price is not cheap (100 Bht per hour). The location is good - the beach is in a couple of minutes' walk, not far from the Kata beach view point, with many restaurants and shops being around.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The only complaint would the water pressure on the shower which was poor.

Generally this hotel was very good and suited all of our needs. Great location (next door to shopping, atms and very short walk to the beach) and room size was value for money. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view and the bathroom was lovely...shower (separate) and a bath! My only negative would be the cleanliness could be improved. Dont get me wrong, it's perfectly clean but dishes from room service sat outside in the hallways for 2 days when we were there. Also, housekeeping entered our room twice without knocking first. I was a little annoyed at that. Luckily though no-one was embarrassed! Nevertheless the location and good rooms made up for it and overall we were happy with our stay. I would most likely stay in the hotel again.
