Overall good
We were disappointed as it advertised free wifi and this was not available in the rooms, we had to pay on top to use their computers downstairs, overall the staff were lovely, the price was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Kata Poolside is in a great location to the beach being literally across the road down 1 block and its very clean. Decor is a little dated however the room was extra large, the bed was a tad hard but also extra large but all in all i have no problems recommending the hotel. Top value for money and as a single female traveller felt very secure.

good middle class hotel
the hotel is good middle class. the rooms are spacious and you get everything you need. we were lucky to get a nice rooms very close to the pool with a great balcony. the pool area, however, is very hot since there are no trees at all.

OK hotel
This resort is central with a nice pool area that seemed suitable for families. I had to change rooms because of the strong musty smell (worse than the usual found in many Phuket hotels)...probably caused by the leaking toilet that no-one appeared to acknowledge or attend to. I was moved to the next room but the other toilet was leaking through the wall to that bathroom as well! Second room quite adequate and otherwise clean. Service at this resort was ok but a definite attitude from the receptionist upon my complaint and they also tried to charge for a bottle of water that was missing from the fridge when I checked in....more eye-rolling when I mentioned this. This hotel charges for internet use and it's not particularly reliable - I suggest using free internet available at some of the coffee shops in the area.

very central
I enjoyed the staff they were very helpful and friendly.Tailor very pushy but this is understandable.Room was very big with a balcony, shame it looked out onto a wall.Breakfast was excellent always plenty to eat,staff were always very friendly. Would stay here again very central to everything in Kata and only a short walk to beach.Pool was nice not much room to lie around about 20 beds but was busy most days.

Great value for money
This motel is in a great location right in the centre of Kata Beach. Was very easy to get to other locations by local bus as a much cheaper option.
Looking forward to returning next year with the family.

we have stayed at the hotel for the thirt time and will do it again, if we will stay at Phuket. It is the best value for money I have found in manny years traveling the world.

We stayed with 2 children under 4...
We stayed with 2 children under 4 and it was great. its possible to fit 2 cots into the room and a pram and we still could move freely. we had garandparents with us too and they stayed in room next with a connection door. pool is great and there is a little toddler pool too. staff very helpful and childfriendly. restaurant is amzing food too. a bit more pricier but free breakfast is great. tip: when you have kids go to the restaurant on beach at the end. there are two and kids can play in sand while you have relaxing time. great hotel to stay with children!!! we come back

For people looking for a very nice...
For people looking for a very nice hotel that still affordable for a good price , then this is your place to be , extremely friendly staff always there to help you whenever yiu want or need it , nice rooms , just everything you need for a nice stay in beautiful thailand nothing bad to say about this hotel i would recomend it to other ^people when in doubt go for it ,
