We were only there for one night,...
We were only there for one night, but perfect for what we needed (before flying the next day from Phuket airport). Try and head to the local market for dinner if you can (on on Tues, Thurs and Fri - I think). Very quiet - but a good get away and wind down place.

Great if you just want to lay...
Great if you just want to lay by the pool or take the free shuttle bus to Surin beach 10 min away. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, not many kids and the ones that were there were well beahved, and the villas are great.If however you want to see what Phuket can offer as far as attractions and nite life are concerned, your better of staying at Kata,'karon' or patong beaches. Day spa was extremely expensive,but seeing as your too far away from anywhere else you dont have a choice..unless you catch a taxi go to sukko Spa which is awesome and not too far away.

Arrival was a bit poor, nobody to help with luggage and a reception which was not signposted, but apart from that everything was good. Pleasant staff and surroundings, very nice food. The location would be a minus point had we not had our own transport, however most of the guests seemed to be tour groups with daily tours - so no problem for them. The room was really nice and very clean. Wireless internet was good (and free)and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Didn't have time to use most of the facilities however the pool and fitness room seemed to be in excellent condition. If you have your own transport or want to literally get away from it all - then this is the place for you. Really nice setting :)

The rooms, service and facilities were all a good standard. The food was unfortunately very average and probably overpriced but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

i stayed there for 4 nights, the...
i stayed there for 4 nights, the hotel was isolated in that area which is nothing around. the hotel was terrilble at night, just like a ghost hotel, dark and few of people. the room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. the swimming pool just ok. all the things selling in the hotel at least double price compare to the Patong beach. never join the local tour via the hotel. it costed 3200 bht for one day PP island tour while it only 1400 bht at Patong beach travel agences. the transportation for the hotel was terrible, everywhere you want to go only by taxi. and it cost you alot due to the stupid location. i used 600 bht from patong beach to the hotel and 500 bht from central festival to the hotel. i will never stay in this lousy hotel.

This hotel was very nice, good breakfasts, very clean & spacious, great place to unwind, but the only downside was the distance and cost of going to and from Patong beach, at my age there is nothing close for entertainment, although the hotel did supply free shuttle buses they were infrequent, and at the wrong times. This hotel would be great for the older, or honeymooners, wanting a quiet time. Above all this was a good experience

Went to the resort last December and...
Went to the resort last December and was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was almost completely empty. For people who love the peaceful and tranquil life, this is for you. However, I have to agree that the resort is not in the best of place in the island. It is located near the airport and I recommend this hotel to those people doing business and families. This resort is quiet and provide excellant service(F.O.C), and so I feel that it would be good for couples on honeymoons... Perfect five-star resort... I would come here again in the near future if my budget allows me to do so.
