Breakfast could come with better quality but no worries as local good food is just located within 2 metres! Staffs are all polite but they could be more helpful and willing to assist in our needs. Swimming pool though small but it is reali beautiful and cosy. Bathroom is not user-friendly with only soap and shampoo in dispenser & toilet paper. Nothing else... But overall, its still value for money.
10 min walking to everything. staff in there know good English, very polite, but not very honest. They offered me to change room for a better one and guess what? The new room was on a superior floor (no elevator), was on the road side (not very loud but louder) and the water was lousing pressure...
Anyway u better book 2 persons per room otherwise they will charge u 300 bath if u bring a beauty in...
I was booking 2pers/room (even i was by myself) and they said at check in if there is a mistake, they are more than happy to fix it up :))
Later they tried to charge me extra...
Overall is not a bad place...
A warm welcome from the start to finish and excellent service all round. Room was large size but I expected the bathroom to be a little bigger. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, shops, markets, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Overall my time here was enjoyable.
The Hotel is middle-class, but has all you need. Aircon, fridge, TV. The first 2 nights I hat to take a room towards the mainstreet, what was too loud for me. I could change to a poolside room, that was OK. Breakfast is OK, and staff very friendly.
The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Patong. I do wish that the showerheads were higher to accommodate westerners more, its not alot of fun having to squat in the shower to wash your hair. The pool was very nice, but beware of mosquitos around the pool and dining area (which is open air). the poolside bar appears to be long closed so dont go expecting that. The only way to get to your room is via the stairs so take that in mind. The staff however were very friendly and I would go back to this place again.
