The staff were really rude and unhelpful! We had two friends staying in other hotel came to have a drink in my room, but they were stopped by the staff from entering our room. The staff kept saying the room was only for 2, but my friends were not staying there that night. At the end we had to drink in the lobby, accompanied by many many mosquitoes.
I mean we paid for our room. How could they treat their guests like this. They could simply knock on our door and check if they're so afraid our friends were there throughout the night. We felt totally "disrespected".
The light in the bathroom was broken. The toilet roll-hanger kept damaging the paper. Everything was not right! The most horrible thing was I found a cockroach on my T-shirt which was hanged in the bathroom!!
Oh God, I couldn't believe that's a four-star hotel!
