Was terrified by the pool towels
I have to say the room is big... had some bugs though on the extra mattresses on the side of the room... went to the pool as everyone always does in a hotel but realised that all the towels was wet... was wondering why and the question was answered very soon when we saw someone returning the towel it was folded neatly and put back on the stack for ppl who wants to use it... urrgghh.. buffet breakfast has an okay spread but food wasnt great...

We didn't eat at the restaurant but ordered room service and the food was delicious. I will most definitely stay there every time I'm in Phuket!

This was our second stay at the Paragon. It is a bit of a long walk in the heat to all the shops but I guess that's why it is better value than other similar hotels at Patong. The service had slipped in the 12 months since our last stay. Whilst staff were very friendly, they were also very inconsistnat and disorganised when it come to us needing to change rooms. They didn't seem to understand the inconvenience involved for us.
The hotel is generally rather clean however the daily service was not as thorough as you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Disappointing that the internet and restaurant prices are so expensive compared to other hotels in the area, because if they were more reasonable you would be tempted to hang around the hotel rather than going out all the time.
On this stay, the hotel allowed us to check in early and cheack out late which we were very grateful for. I would probably stay here again but only if the rooms were on special like they were this time. It is the extremely good value that got me back to this hotel in the first place.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, pool access rooms are the superb. Staff excellent, great breakfast and facilities. 10 minutes from Bangla Rd and close very good restaurants. Can't wait to return.

If I add some comments, the location is not desirable. I had to walk about 15-20 min to acess to main road. and breakfast wasn't that satisfied. other than than it was satisfying stay.

one of the bathcloth is missing.actually we book three
person room but when we check in there only two bathcloth in the cabenet, so is room services make mistake,and try to charge us extra thai money 2500.00.

Nice place to stay .. staff is courteous . food is decent nothing great .. pool bar is ok if want to enjoy some cocktails.
Over all very nice place to stay though more so for family :)
Wi-Fi is not free however my booking stated that i have free Wi-Fi and the staff member gave me 1 day free internet access in room on verification of my receipt and consultations with his manager.
Overall nice experience and ideally located if you want to be in and around Patong.
