Spend your $ elsewhere
This is my lousiest hotel stay ever.
1. check-in takes 4 hours
2. you have to share your pool and living room with 2 other rooms
3. staffs keep knocking and calling my room despite "do not disturb" sign was up
4. housekeeping take forever to come despite already called them to clean before leaving the room
5. waiter was engrossed in chatting despite it was my private beach dinner
6. reception called me on my 2nd night stay to settle payment and registration despite i have told them about it before check-in
7. lousy attitude and service
8. slow response
9. room have no privacy
10. arranged for dinner at 1830 and have to wait until 1900 and cook was not ready

We had stayed 2days in Patong beach...
We had stayed 2days in Patong beach and 3 days in Aleenta. Once we had arrived at Aleenta resort we actually started regret for not staying 5 days in Aleenta. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon. Kindly staffs and great foods everything was perfect.

Perfect for honeymooners! It is away from...
Perfect for honeymooners! It is away from Phuket and therefore the experience is totally different. We stayed in Phuket first (Twin Palms in Surin beach) and we had a perfect beach to spend our time at. Aleenta doesn't have a nice beach. The hotel is all about the rooms with pools. We loved it and spent most of our time in our private pool. However, the experience is totally different at Surin beach, where you have a perfect beach, massage, jet ski, restaurants everywhere. At Aleenta you have to eat there at the resort (very expensive!) or try to find something outside like we did a couple of times. We took bikes from Aleenta (for free) and just rode around the villages - great experience! Overall it was perfect!

Aleenta... now have a special place in...
Aleenta... now have a special place in our hearts.. It is our choice for our honeymoon and we want it to be special and memorable. The moment we reached there we were awed by the place! It is quiet and the exterior of the place is beautiful. Blue sky.. white walls... But wait till you see the interior of the suite! We had the beach right at our door step! Just open the glass door we can jump right into the blue pool! we enjoyed lazing right in the comfort of our bed with full view of the sea and with the inhouse mp3 playing jazz music in our ears... accompanied by the sound of the waves... paradise... We were greeted by smiling and helpful staff, who grant almost all of our requests. If you want to stay in touch with the world.. there is a libray with tv and internet access.. and there's a gym too... However the food is a little costly.. ha we end up eating at the one and only stall next to the resort for the 3 days! Cheap and simple food. :) Aleenta... just this name evokes sweet and peaceful feelings... thank God for this place : ) serene & Hon

We booked a beachfront suite, which was...
We booked a beachfront suite, which was essentailly part of a three suite villa complex. Given it was the low season, the other two suites were not booked, so we had the whole villa to ourselves - complete with private pool on the beachfront. We had a wonderful week. The suites are stunning with all glass walls that can be opened to the sea breeze (although this would have been less of an attraction had the other suites been occupied). The superb restaurant served the most amazing breakfasts, comprising an array of delicacies that finished with a gift of cookies to take back to your room. We started the day with 8.00 am yoga on the spa lawn looking out to the sea - highly recommended - then, after breakfast, spent most of our time enjoying our villa.

We stayed in Aleenta for 3 nights...
We stayed in Aleenta for 3 nights in July 2007. We got upgraded from a beachfront suite to a pool villa. Our private swimming pool was by far the best feature of our villa. A perfect place for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was incredible, the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

We add a perfect stay at Aleenta...
We add a perfect stay at Aleenta resort. We highly recommend the pool suites which are really wonderful. Not very large but in front of the sea and with private swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The beach is very nice, large and absolutely deserted. The service also is very kind, everything is done to make you feel well. They really pampered us and did their best (with success) to answer any of our requests. Breakfasts are terrific, as the quality of the restaurant. The only lowlight may be the rates of restaurant and spa which we found a little bit overpriced. But for 3 days in paradise, we could make some extra ! Thanks to all the Aleenta team !

Overall very impressed however the layout of the Villa was a little strange with access onto the deck area / bedroom a little awkward Great staff and fantastic service. Rooms were well equipped as was the Spa etc. Very secluded which was great for relaxing however the restauarant choice did get a bit repetitive Price wise it was OK however quite expensive for Thailand Recommend it
