The hotel generally was excellent. The spa was also excellent. The rooms were excellent as was the service generally. The food was good but the time taken to deliver it was poor for a 5 star hotel. As an example it took nearly 2 hours to get one course! We went out after that but the location of the hotel made it a challenge to get a taxi but if one keeps at it the system can be overcome! Remembering one is in Thailand so one has to be a tad patient. Nonethe less I would go back to the hotel.
