had a great stay for 9 nights...
had a great stay for 9 nights at the lakeside wing, fabulous pool, fitness centre and breakfast.
Room a perfect size - nice furnishings. The bath/shower tended to flood the bathroom a bit so may not be the best for seniors.
Air cond a bit noisy in room while trying to sleep but nothing earplugs didn't fix.
Great location with the mall next door.
A free drink at the bar may have lured us in there to buy a few drinks at the hotel rather than heading out each night.
Would recommend staying at the lakeside Millenium (not actually sure where the lake is meant to be??)

We stayed 4 nights in their superior room and the room was big enough for 2 persons, and they even have the space to put in a small sofa, coffee table and a small armchair. The toilet is adequately sized but the design of the bath tub and the shower screen is in such a way that the toilet floor gets wet everytime you bath. So for kids or the elderly, they have to be careful.
The room we stayed in was in their Lakeside wing, nicely decorated. They have two wings, the Lakeside and the Beachside, both are connected to Junceylon Shopping Centre. The Beachside wing is nearer to the main road. It's not a problem if you are staying at the Lakeside as it's not too far away, the walk to the main road through the shopping centre is comfy, and takes lesser than 5 min. A walk to the beach is about another 5-10 mins. The hotel only offers shuttle service to and from each wing, or drop you off at the main road.
The pool at Lakeside is also much bigger, and they have a well equipped gym there. I deduced that this is their main wing. A good variety of food during breakfast.
The service we received at the Reception is way above our expectations. They are all very accommodating, patient and do go beyond their duty to help us out. When asked for a room on a higher floor, they made the effort to throughly checked through their system. Thanks to Ken, Gun and Pai at the Reception for their exceptional service.
Overall, the hotel is value for money and a good stay.

stayed at lakeside wing for 3 nites.great location,just next to jungceylon shopping mall and opposite to bangla road where most of the action is.Breakfast is ok.the only downside is that the charges for the internet access is pricey.Abt 650 bahts/day!there r alot of hotels in phuket that actually give free access in the rooms.if u dun need internet access in yr rooms,good hotel to stay in !!

Unfortunately this hotel just didnt come up to the standard you would expect of even a 3.5 star hotel. We needed to have our bar fridge replaced twice, and the third fridge was still hardly cooler than room temperature, so we gave up. We were told on arrival that we would be staying at a different building to the main hotel, which was a 5 minute walk and a much more basic part of the hotel. although the staff were very friendly, the english was very bad. cannot complain about the breakfast, it was quite good. sadly this hotel dissapointed us, and honestly our standard is not that high.

We stayed two nights in this hotel, it was a pleasant stay.The room is new and clean.The bed was comfortable and with two big pillows.But the view from the window is not impressive as you only can see the roof top of the shopping mall ever we stayed on the highest floor. The Patong beach is only 10 mins walking distance.The staff are very friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day.

The location is excellent just joint with Jungceylon shopping mall and at the centre of Patong. Generally is very good to me and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Overall, a very good hotel and better than I expected. The quality and value exceeded my expectations for Patong. We had some teething problems with leaking rooms (due to rain) and some plumbing issues in the bathroom and an odd smell. Hopefully this will be resolved over time. The best part of the hotel is it's location, value and service. It is situated very close to the main strip where the action is, but also removed from the seediness. It is also attached to the new Jungceylon shopping mall. The staff were very helpful with the resolving our complaings. Pleasantly surprised. Good value for money and a good choice if you like to stay in new hotels.

Right from our arrival until we left 6 days later, the staff right from front desk to Houskeeping were only too willing to offer any assistance we may have needed. Always with a huge smile and friendly attitude, we felt like old friends. The room service was excellent, and the restaurant was equally as good with very helpful and friendly staff also. We could not fault this resort the pool and gym were excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again no problem.

Hotel is in two parts,(not joined)Beachside & Lakeside (which is quieter & has the best pool)this is a new hotel but Lakeside has just reopened after 2 months refit,Beachside will be refitted/repaired soon.(poor build quality) Our bathroom leaked everywhere,& noisy repairs/power cuts and dirty brown hot water at times were not nice.
We had no sleep one night because a UK soccer match was put on(in the lobby bar)all night till 5am with unlimmited beer! Many people complained with NO satisfaction or even a reply from the managers! The hotel has direct access to the shopping center, which is great, and the Thai staff were fantastic, but this is not a Resort,but could become a good Hotel.
