The old building is much better than...
The old building is much better than the new one even there is no lift in old building. Service is not good enough. We require some toilet paper for whole night but no one come to our room. We love the location and sea view anyway.

I have stayed at other hotels in Phuket and this is the worst so far. The other hotels were around the same price range but far better. I had no hot water in the shower for the 10 nights I stayed and the breakfast was pathetic. The beds were very poor(hard and or sagging), I would not stay there again.

I very enjoy stay in this hotel, becours the hotel servies are good, room are clean and the hotel location also good(but the aircond and room are poor)anyway the white sand resortel is my frist choice if i go to phuket again!

My experience is not very happy with 5 nights staying.
Prons-
good location to beach and nite life.
Cons-
For the old building, since there is no lift, strongly not recommended for the elders. Even the room is spacy but furnitures are old and dusty. The room are also closed to the main road which is very noisy.
The hotel photos are taken at the new building with a small lift and a tiny pool. Do have a glance the luxury suite at the 3rd floor which is good. The rest room are so so which personally dun feel like a 3 star hotel.
The hotel residence manager are not helpful when requesting changing from the old building to the new one even though we booked the room 2 months in advanced.
My advise: make sure you can get the 3rd floor best rooms
