GREAT PLACE FOR COUPLES TO RELAX

Pros:
(1) Beautiful resort
(2) The Hotel and rooms are well designed with modern and tasteful furnishings and fittings
(3) Friendly staff
(4) Stunning view
(5) Good spread for the breakfast buffet
Cons:
(1) Exhaustive walk to Kamala Beach (approx 10 mins walk). Coming back is all up slope (i.e. too near to take a tuk tuk and too far to walk)
(2) The Thai food at the poolside cafe was horrendous! Expensive, small portions and not tasty. Order the western dishes instead such as the pizzas as they were delicious.
(3) Many couples and families. Kamala beach seems not to attract very many youngsters.
Been to almost all the beaches in Phuket. So far, the best beaches are Bangtao Beach and Kamala Beach. Both beaches are serene, have extremely soft powdery sand and have ample F&B outlets ranging from the noble/affordable beach side cafes to the more avantgarde restaurants.

An excellent place to relax and unwind!

There are so many good points about this place I don't know where to start! The place is so relaxing - mostly because no kids are allowed! The set-up of the pool/loungers makes you feel like you're right on the beachfront - even though there's a road and villas in-between. However, if you walk across the road to Sienna Rocks (the resorts associated bar) you WILL be right on the beach. The infinity pool is awesome, looking right out to the calm Kamala Beach and Andaman Sea beyond. Plus, not many of the resorts residents seemed to know about the infinity pool as it was very quiet!
In terms of the accomodation, the room was very nice - with a great view from the balcony (as long as you're on a high floor). The food in the hotel was good and varied, and the spa treatments were good too. Perhaps one thing lacking is entertainment - as it does get very quiet at night.
If any guy is thinking of proposing - go here! If I hadn't done so already, I may well have done it here!
All in all, this is an amazing place to go and relax.

Relaxing and Enjoyable stay at Cape Sienna

We stayed in a sea view studio and indeed it has a nice sea view from the balcony. For the price of the room, it is worth it, as the room is spacious and set beautifully and clean. The breakfast provided in the morning has a vast variety and tastes pretty good. As the eating place is by the hotel swimming pool, it is relaxing having breakfast looking at the pool and the blue blue sea. The hotel is situated within walking distance (about 10mins) to kamala beach and a small shopping/food area. Early check in and late check out may be available upon request and the hotel provides limited seats on a shuttle service to Patong daily. A thing to note is that this hotel does not cater so much for kids below 12. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Cape Sienna.

No regrets

If you are looking for a quiet,relaxing and peaceful place to stay,this will be a good choice. The hotel is situated at a little isolated location.Hence you do not have a crowded feeling around the hotel. The down side is you will have a little problem travelling around the island. Booking a taxi through hotel service is expensive.
As for the hotel room, everything was good except that there was a little blockage of the bath room drainage. It was solve swiftly by their maintenance though. Another problem was the english standard of their waiters and waitresses at the poolside restaurant. They kept asking permission to clear the table but will never understand what you are trying to tell them other than just a yes or no.
In a nutshell, this hotel is definitely worth staying. It allow you to have a peace of mind while enjoying the sea view in the apartment. Excellence service and nice environment. You will not have any regret staying there.

Fantastic service and environment!

Awesome and very personalised service- room scented with scent of your choice... room is very clean and relaxed with a great ocean view... quiet and peaceful environment which is suitable for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life... most importantly, no pesky touters or rowdy crowds around the hotel. Very nice poolside restaurant and infinity pool... Totally relaxing! Suitable for couple retreat...

Thoroughly Enjoyable

We had a great 5 days at Cape Sienna and our only regret was we didn't have more time to just relax at Cape Sienna! We were in Phuket for a wedding and that kept us very busy. We both agreed that next time we'd like a few extra days to just relax by the pools and laze about more as the facilities were great and it was very peaceful and relaxing with the views. We did manage to make it to the spa which was fantastic and very professional and we also thought the price and quality of the food was very reasonable at the hotel. Generally found that prices in Phuket on the Street had gone up considerably.

5 Star all the way

Stunning hotel in a dream location, if you want the best you have to stay at the Cape Sienna Hotel. Everything has been very well thought out and the accommodation, restaurants and staff are excellent and beyond expectation. Just a short stroll down the hill to the beach at Kamala and all the restaurants for evening dining on the beach and township and a leisurely stroll back after diner is great exercise to work off the meal or take a tuk tuk back up the hill to the hotel. After checking out we were allowed to use the hotel facilities and pool (with towels included for no extra charge), to wait for our evening flight out of Phuket. The only down side was that we didn't stay longer.

Perfection

The hotel was absolutely fantastic there wasnt one thing more you could ask for. Service was outstanding with most staff fluent in english and always more than happy to help day or night!! Room was excellent very clean and with an amazing view of sunset every night. It was a little walk away from main beach maybe 10-15 min walk but we hired moped as soon as we arrived and was brilliant way of seeing island. Was little more expensive than we would normally pay but well worth it for honeymoon.
