The room is clean, spacious. My friend...
The room is clean, spacious. My friend and myself were very pleased with the hotel stay. The hotel reception area is not perfect, anyone can access room floors. There is no elevators. Not recommended for senior citizens. Location is good.

When we were finally allowed into our...
When we were finally allowed into our room, there were no glasses, no free water, no coathangers, no pillow cases, the safe could not be opened and two of the lights did not work. It took several phone calls and visits to the front desk before any help appeared. To get to the toilet, we had to walk through the shower and leap over large white pebbles. Try doing that in the middle of the night. The wash basin was way over on the other side of the room. On our last day, we left our packed bags in our room while we had breakfast. When we arrived home in Singapore, we found that clothing and jewellery were missing from our bags. You do not want to stay at this place, ever!

Hotel was fantastic value for money, booked...
Hotel was fantastic value for money, booked through Asia rooms and got room and breakfast for £13.00 per night.Normally £20. Lovely hotel and excellent staff, restaurant very good value for money and lovely staff. Chef even took my husband into kitchen to show him how to cook Thai food. No problems with hotel whatsoever, it was really just the area, Caron, not what I expected beach not so wonderful, but felt safer here than in other parts of Thailand , you do not get hassled by tuk tuks , taxis or shop owners, and no beggars from what i seen.
