Dissapointed got 2+1 room with only 1 bed,did not dare ask for another as the matresses permanentley in the corridor would probably be what we would get!-and you would not want one of those!
Pool quite nice,but concrete floor in rooms-not good.
Location is quite good but very crammed in hotel, suroundings not too good-telephone mast/wires etc.
O.K. for budget hotel/young travellers.
Lots of nice cats around-kids loved those.

Pros,
The Place is very quiet and staffs are very friendly. It is very near to Beach and to the night life area. Restaurant food is reasonably good and they are cheap. One of the days, I missed my Tour package pickup and the reception staff helped me immediately to get alternate tour package in the last minute.
Cons,
I booked Deluxe King room for my family of 3 (2 Adult + one Kid) and it was recommended for family of 3 however there is no additional bed for Kid which I need to pay extra 700 baht/night. This information is not clearly specified in the website. There is no Coffee/Tea making facility in the room though it was mentioned that they have this facility. Lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Generally it is OK. The waitors are very nice. But it is sometimes smelly in the room, maybe from its furniture.
Good location for the Beach but Patong...
Good location for the Beach but Patong Beach gets very busy. Think the hotel is better for singles and small groups. Pool ok could do with some soft covers for sun beds.
The Staff were very friendly and the food was Good.

Hotel doesn't look impressive from outside (meaning entrance/reception), but rooms are OK. Room service can be slow sometimes. They have one restaurant which is quite reasonable. But tea (room service)is surprisingly expensive at THB48/person, and there is no tea/coffee maker in the room.
Very close to Patong beach (10 mins by walk), and many mini marts/currency exchange/restaurants/bars nearby.
So overall value for money.
I will try other budget hotels nearby next time, if price is at same level or even but higher.
