Excellent Accomdation and staff
Hotel was very good(excellent). All staff very friendly and well spoken english. Thomas the owner spoke fluent english. No problems at all there and very safe.

do not recommend the hotel!
The hotel did not live up to our expectations. Dark, smelly rooms. The air condition is extremely noisy. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The swimming pool is dirty. The standart of the accomodation is low. You feel like you live in a guest house, not a hotel. We will never stay there again, even for free.

Windows had no fly screens so mozzies were present in room or aircon had to be on at all times.
Aircon was connected to TV auto cut off, so aircon had to be on when watching TV, although a beautiful breeze was blowing the whole time I was there and didn't need the aircon.

good place to stay
we found out that it is more a guest house than an hotel - but it was clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, the rooms were big and the location was very convinient.
so it is far from being a "sparkling" and snoby place , but it does give a very good value for the money.

I was with my 3 kids aged...
I was with my 3 kids aged 12,10 n 3,and my brother.It was our first day at Patong.We didn't want to spend much on hotel coz we were heading for Phi Phi island the next day.We gt the deluxe room with an extra bed(no extra cost).Our room was located at the end corner of the hotel so it felt very desserted.Bathroom was small with shower.The hotel looks old though.Food was average n bt the ambience was great for chillin out at the bar.The hotel has a small swimming pool.Staff were quite helpful with their services.The location of the hotel is about 10 min to Bangla road where u can do ur shopping.Overall,can't complain much for the price we paid!
