clean hotel!
Hotel rooms are new and clean.. Location is near blangla st and jung ceylon, but quite a distance from the beach. Breakfast was not included so no comments about the food although the cafe located at the lobby of the hotel serves good breakfast. Lower level rooms must experience noiser nights as noise from the rooms can be heard from the ventilation windows of the bathroom. Hotel has no lift so heavy luggages could be a problem. Other than that, value for money!
A lot of outside noise at night. The air conditioner was not effective

Friendly staff , close proximity to the entertainment district, clean rooms - excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

the location of the hotel was amaizing, and the hotel itself was very acceptable and very friendly. i had a great time, but the only thing happened is that on my last day i had a late flight at night so i asked if i can check out later, what i was informed as regular basis check out must be at 12 as we all know, but i was informed that its ok to stay up to 4:30 otherwise will be charged, when i came to the reception at 4 they wanted to charge me for 4 hours 400 baht. and it was surprising since that was never mentioned to me, eventualy after long argument i did not pay it.. other wise the hotel and the stay was very good .
Clean room close to everything
This was a very clean room and I was very impressed with the service I received. It was close to the major shopping centre and main party street of Patong, Phuket. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when I go back to Phuket.

@White Patong is a perfectly located hotel for anyone looking to experience all that Patong Beach has to offer. Just down the road from busy night area of Bangla road and around the corner from all market stalls and Jungceylon shopping centre. It is also just a two minute walk to the beach and all the great restaraunts located there.
The hotel itself is very well presented and modernly furnished. The staff are very friendly and willing to help out with any requests or difficulties. Free Wi Fi is also available to all guests of the Hotel.
The only problem you might have here is that there are several club/bars around the hotel and the nightlife can be quite noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Overall though this hotel was most rewarding and absolute great value. I highly recommend staying at @White Patong.
I have been to phuket many time,but...
I have been to phuket many time,but this time is the worst. This is the 1st time i stay in this hotel,the service from the counter is bad in term of the attitube. Whenever i make request from them,its always ' No ' from them.

Nice and close to Bangla Road. 6 floors but no lift so expect a good workout, especially on the upper floors. 5 min walk to Patong beach. No jug for hot water unless you ask for one. Considering the night clubs close by, noise not too bad, especially on lower floors. A bit louder above the 3rd floor but still not too bad. The mini van drivers do not seem to know where this place is but they know the Yorkshire across the road or the Sea World dive shop next door. Western style shopping center just around the corner with local food carts out the front during the evening. A 7-11 type store just around the corner in Rat-U-Thit road next to the Margarita Club on the corner of Bangla Road.
