The staff very friendly. Hotel location is on the hill and there is a way to access to Karon beach..the Karon beach is very clean and even beautiful than patong beach.
Hard to get there and no staff to help with bags on terrible stairs
The taxi does not want to go down the bad road. Then has to walk yourself and when you r down it really starts. Terrible stairs with many different shapes and no body to help there.
I had to ask 4 times to clean my room, even when I put the sign outside.
Asiaroooms say you pay the hotel on arrival. After my booking (2 month before the trip) the hotel took my money already from my Bank account.
In Karon they made fixed prices for massage (oil always 400 baht) for taxi (always 200 Baht, even if you go 100 meters). But the beach was fine and I suggest going into the City of Akron where many offers of good rooms for around 700 Baht are.

Nice but isolated
Room was clean and spacious with a good view of the beach. We had ants in our room so we had to keep it clean. Place is showing its age a bit but the staff are very friendly and food is good too. Minibar in room was reasonably priced and free water daily. Has direct beach access to Karon but the only downside is it's up a hill between Karon and Patong about 3 kilometers by road so you'd need to rent a motorbike to get to town.
run down resort
The position of this hotel was excellent - handy to beach and fantastic views. Unfortunately, the resort is very run down and there is little or no maintenance happening. The tables in the rooms were stained and we put surrongs over them to hide the stains. The WIFI was only avaiable in one spot and we literally had to hang over the veranda to access it.
We moved to another resort on the same hill and for just $A10 a night more we got a buffet breakfast and rooms that far surpassed the ones at this hotel.
This hotel can only go one way - down hill. This is really disappointing as it has such great potential.

Spectacular
The view was great, the staff was eager to please and the food was excellent. The price was well worth it. You will have to navigate some steps to get to the beach but all in all, it was well worth the effort. I would say that the Cliff was the ideal sport for a romantic week in Phuket. It was quiet, but close enough to the action that you don’t feel isolated.
Hotel is in a great location - 20 meters from Karon Beach. The hospitality of the staff was lovely and the price of drivers was considerably lower than in other hotels. The location is in the middle of the natural landscape in Phuket so it could be difficult to navigate for elderly people. Had a great time would return again.

This hotel is ideal for the beachgoer as the position is right on the beach and all rooms have a view of the sea, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly,the owner Peter was very approachable and did all he could to make my stay here very enjoyable.
